We settled on this 3 pack of basic cock rings in various sizes after my husband made it clear that he wasn't quite ready to put on something with zippers and spikes and leather. Although these rings are pretty basic, our experience in using cock rings has definitely been limited compared to our experience with some other toys.

When the cock rings arrived, the package was pretty minimal. It described the sizes in millimeters and are approximately 1.5", 1.75" and 2" in diameter when unstretched. Although the package claims they are 100% silicone, they are listed as a silicone mix on Eden Fantasys. I would err on the side of caution and keep in mind that these cock rings cannot be sterilized, only cleaned with soap and water, and should not be shared because of that fact. However, I felt this was a better product choice than the many jelly cock rings which exist.

Use of the rings is pretty straightforward. Slip one on the shaft of the penis and one around the testicular sac and you're set. The ring helps prevent blood from flowing from the area which makes it more sensitive and, in the case of the penis, can aid erection. We originally tried the smallest ring on his penis and the largest ring around the testicles. The ring we used on his penis slid on easily, much like unrolling a condom whereas we had to stretch the other ring to put it around his penis but it was not difficult. We soon found the ring around the testicles to be too large and switched to the medium size which worked much better.

He definitely enjoyed the sensation, especially because is involved his balls more than our play usually does. However, we think much of his enjoyment came from the novelty and taboo of the sex rings rather than actual physical pleasure. When touching them, there was a definite feel in how tight they were. On the other hand, I think we need an even smaller sized ring for his penis. Although the ring around his cock was no super loose and we did see some increase in the hardness of his penis, I think a smaller ring would have an even greater effect. There wasn't any discernible difference when he had his penis inside me, either.

We enjoyed the idea of adding something new to our sex play but this was not the perfect product for us. This has definitely opened up my husband to the idea of using more cock ring (perhaps even some with leather and snaps!) and other sex toys in bedroom.

Overall, I think this is a good product and the different sized rings will probably work for many but you should measure just in case, to see if these rings are for you.
