2. For the men who are a little more brave, or a little smaller, you can place this cock ring around the base of the penis, and pull the testicles through as well while flacid. This often gives better results as far as a thick, hard penis that stays erect for a long time. However, this is one of the most dangerous ways to use cock rings, according to my fiance's doctor. So unless you are experienced with this kind of play, I would be very careful.


3. You can put the cock ring around the testicles themselves. This ring is a little too solid and a little too big to fit around my fiance's balls without popping off during sex from all the lubricant dripping down from his cock. If you're going to use this method, I recommend not using so much lubricant.
