Pros:
Multiple uses. Tight suction. Clitoral stimulation. Quicker picker upper!

Really none except getting use to the slurping noise.
My husband and I really liked the Senso Lips for its multiple purposes it can serve. My husband can use it solo, when I'm not in the mood. He likes it because he says that it is a very tight fit which makes it that much more pleasurable. It can make for an easy/lazy blow job for those nights that I just don't feel like working as hard. The "lips" act as a sleeve so I don't have to go down as far on him and he still feels pleasure. Plus I'm not a fan of swallowing so this keeps it clean because when he comes this catches the mess. And our favorite use of this toy is when we use it during penetration for added clitoral stimulation for me which is always a plus and added "lips" for him, making it feel as if he is having sex with 2 women at once! I would highly recommend this product to other couples.
You have to use lots of lube with this though or it makes for a not so fun night very quickly!

Yes it is a sleeve that is open on both ends. You can use it with the "lips" facing the penis for when the man is using it solo so it feels more like a real woman performing for him. Or you can reverse it so the "lips" are facing away from the penis and put it on him and use it while you have sex. This way the nose is a clitoral stimulator. It's quite fun!!
Using it during blow jobs- smart! That's an advantage to shorter sleeves, since many of them seem to be shorter than the length of a penis.
