The toy is 100% silicone which we love!!! There is no smell at all out the package and it feels great to the touch. It has a bit of stretch but is not too stretchy to where it is hard to insert. It is very smooth and doesn't have any painful seams to worry about. The two grape size bulbs on the toy feel great going into the ass and also helps to know when you are fully inserted.

As you can see by the picture the design is simple but effective. It is about two inches shorter than my partner so it fit perfectly in my ass when he penetrated me. The toy is meant to just go around the shaft of the penis. It is not adjustable but is stretchy to accommodate many sizes. If you are too small however it my fall off very easily.
