In regards to usage, apparently the original Stroker Sleeve was criticized by some as being tight to the point of inducing pain, and while the Stroker XL is larger, it is also still capable of being somewhat unpleasant. So if you intend to gain maximum usage from this toy, consider using a copious amount of (water based) lubricant to prevent any snags. Due to the lack of a self-enclosed end, suction is not created by default, so you'll have to use a finger or some other appendage to induce the desired effect.
