This vibrating ring is designed to be worn on an erect penis during sexual intercourse. The vibrations are built on top of the ring in order to stimulate the clitoris during sex. It is comfortable yet supports itself very well. The two metal supports work great to keep this toy in place. It stretches nicely and should accommodate average to slightly larger guys. Overall, this felt comfortable while still being firm enough to get the job done.

The ring is made of TPR so it is porous and should be cleaned after use with soap or a toy cleaner. It cannot be boiled in order to disinfect. It is very comfortable to wear, like jelly only firmer. There was not a noticeable smell when we opened it from the package. It stretches nicely and was tight enough to do its job but not so tight that it was uncomfortable. The vibrations in the bullet above the ring were strong to direct contact but the vibrations did not travel down into the ring with much force.

This toy was larger than I thought it would be but overall it was a nice size. The diameter is 1" unstretched and it stretches out to about 2 1/2". The whole thing is about 3 3/4" inches long. It was really comfortable to wear and the metal rings really seemed to help keep the whole thing in place. The material can pull on the skin so BE CAREFUL! A little lube and a careful hand are all that is needed to remedy that problem.

The vibrations on this toy are pretty strong and travel well through the "spikes" of the bullet on top of the ring. The toy came with 2 batteries installed and 2 extra batteries for later. There are two modes for the vibrations which are controlled by a very small switch on the back of the bullet. One mode is continuous vibration and the other only vibrates when pressure is applied to the front of the bullet. While this toy seemed to vibrate well, the design of the whole thing left us wanting more. During intercourse the vibrations only touch the clitoris when the penis is fully inserted so it is not a constant stimulation. This was more of a distraction for us than a pleasurable event.
