One of the reasons we bought this is because of the short comings of penis sleeves.

If you have or your other has a smaller to average size penis, a sleeve can be a wonderful addition. However if you are bigger than average and just want to add a little more girth. This product is a pretty good investment.

We are very cautious about a lot of products and using them without a condom. Because of the TPR Material we have used this with a condom on, but there is no loss for it.

One of the great things about this product is that penis length, isn't really much of an issue. It will add more to anyone.

It's easy to put on, the scrotum ring is fairly well designed and holds well. The ribbing on it can look a bit intimidating, but it's not a hard material, the material is really fairly soft. The taper design doesn't leave edges that are uncomfortable for either you or your partner.

It add a nice extra bit of girth at just the right moment and it's almost a surprise for her. Since it allows your own length to begin the journey it isn't long before she starts to feel that added girth and you'll get some pretty nice sounds from her.

I think a nice addition to this product could be a little thicker material in the scrotum ring to give a nice stretching.

It's a very simple design and product, but can add quite a bit of pleasure to you both. Depending on your girth, it can also help with climax control, as it can act a bit like a cock ring. Again, this depends on your size.

I do recommend that you try this one, if you are looking for not added length but a little more girth, and the little ridges are very nice for her as well.

We've had some time to spend with the sleeve and find out what we really think about it. When looking for a sleeve, we were trying to replace the penis extenders. We were not looking for more length, we were looking for more girth. If your primary reason for getting this is for the girth, you are looking in the wrong place. It does add a little bit, but, not enough to make much of a difference. However the numbs are quite enjoyable for us. My husband did like the way it felt, it was easy to get on, It held well, and it wasn't impossible to get the jewel into the holding ring like it is in so many other products. Our only critique is that it would be better if it were just a bit thicker with a taper down at the front.
All in all it's a good product. I would recommend it for some nights of fun.
Something I want to point out is related to my first review and the girth issue. We have found that we do enjoy the toys with girth increase, and this does work that way, but not much. It's a good first toy to try with, but if you want to get more you can start with this, and move up to the bigger toys.
