The Fleshlight has two pieces: the plastic, pearl case which houses the sleeve and the sleeve itself which is made from superskin. The Fleshlight is about ten inches in height, and the tin which contains it is about a foot in height.

The tin which contains it is not needed for storage unless you own quite a few Fleshlights. If you own a collection, you need the tin to tell them apart. Otherwise, since the Fleshlight does come with a lid, you only need to keep the Fleshlight for storage. The tin also comes with an autographed postcard of Tera Patrick as well as a small sample of Fleshlight's brand of lubricant. The tin also includes a use and care guide as well.

The Twista texture is Tera Patrick's unique signature texture - you can only get it in the Tera Patrick orifice. The sleeve is about ten inches in length (with the extra inch being purely no texture at the end). This sleeve is a neat texture - it's like ribs, but instead of just being horizontal, they actually end up going in a diagnonal down the body of the sleeve. The sleeve starts off really tight, gets a bit looser in the middle, then gets tight again. The texture is basically a mixture between the Wonder Wave and Super Ribbed texture - it's more intense than both. Being able to adjust the pressure inside a male masturbator is a huge plus. The Fleshlight has a little plastic cap at the end of the toy that allows you to adjust the pressure inside the case. Tighten it, and it gets more pressure, loosen it, less pressure. At some points of adjustment, it can end up making a bit of a whining/squishing sound during use, but it just takes a minor readjustment to fix that.

This can only be used with water-based lubricant, and it can be stored in the case itself or in the packaging tin.

This is easily our favorite texture. By far. After that comes is our Vibro Touch and the Wonder Wave. This texture is strong, intense, and should work well for everything. This will now be one of my most-recommended Fleshlights, and it's the one that the boyfriend loves to use.
