The Strappy Plunger didn't work the greatest for its intended use. It's a rigid rubber dong hollowed out for inserting over the penis. It is held on with a simple, nonadjustable elastic strap that goes around the hips and clips on at the base of the toy. I suppose the user's girth is supposed to keep the toy from slipping off, but that same girth makes it almost impossible to get on. It's long enough, with an inner depth of 6 3/4 inches, but not nearly wide enough to cover the average penis. Its only got a 1 1/4 inch diameter, which is fine for penetration but difficult to fit a penis into, especially with how rigid it is. You're supposed to be able to slide it over your penis, then wrap the elastic strap around your hips and fasten each end to the snaps at the base of the Plunger. The strap is very uncomplicated, but may not hold up to rougher play.

After an attempt at putting it on while hard didn't work, we re-tried when they got softer. We were able to get it on most of the way, but it didn't work very well for vaginal sex. Their penis worked itself out of the Strappy Plunger and it was a little awkward. The metal snaps and elastic strap held better than I expected them to, though.

I almost gave up on it completely after it failed as a penis attachment, which is what I was really excited about. It's a good thing my partner didn't give up, though, because I would have missed out on a great fuck. She put the Strappy Plunger over her mouth and wrapped the straps around her head twice, then fucked me with her face prosthesis. It worked great! It's very firm and slightly ribbed. It's also quite long (7 1/2 inches)and with most toys it usually hurts too much to continue, but I enjoyed giving my girl a good facefucking with it.

Being rubber, this toy is porous and does not clean well. I would say that you could boil it, wipe it down with a 10% bleach/water solution, or wash it in the top rack of your dishwasher...but it isn't going to get everything and it might not work well with the metal snaps at the base. It's best to wash this in hot water and soap (or toy cleaner) before and after use and use a condom with it every time. If you manage to fit it on your penis, you should put a condom on yourself beforehand. The material of the strap could potentially retain dirt/bacteria as well. Both silicone and water lubricants are compatible with this toy.

If you can find a comparable product in a safer material (like silicone!), I would recommend that you try that instead. If you're a rubber lover and/or you're not stingy with condoms, it's pretty reasonably priced, so go for it!
