Men's and women's health - book discontinued by Rodale - review by mama2007

This book is packed full of some great ideas on how to have good sex and how to better please him and her. It also has a good part of the book on how to stay healthy and keep healthy to have better sex, as well as myths and truths on things to do with the female and male bodies, which is pretty helpful depending on what you're looking for learning about the opposite gender's body and your significant other to learn more about your body.

Half of this book is for women's health, and the other half is for men's health. There's more in this book than I can write everything down about, so you'll need to buy it to know everything that's in this great book. It's a soft back book, so it's easy to carry around in your purse or place in your dresser drawer.
I received this book for an assignment, and I'm glad I got it because it has a lot of things I was wandering about and wanting information on with sex life. There's a portion of the women's health part of the book that has some useful information called "Sextistics", and it has some interesting facts in it. There's a chapter called "What every man wants", and is pretty interesting on what men like/want.

There are also some cartooned pictures of sex positions, as well as some non cartooned pictures, which makes reading through this book more fun. The women's health portion of this book has 8 chapters in it, and the men's health part of the book has 8 chapters.

There's some sample "The Better Sex Workout" excercises that you can try out and see how it works for you. The price is excellent for the size and content that this book offers, so get it and see how you like it.

I love this book and will go back to it for advice on certain content it includes in it on things I want to know how to better do as a spouse.
