Unleashing Her G-spot Orgasm - guides to a better sex by Amorata Press - review by Lilith Bealove

This is my first book review for Eden, and it’s on a paperback book called: Unleashing Her G-Spot Orgasm by Donald L. Hicks. I'd like to start off by saying, ladies, if you're going to buy this book so your partner can stimulate your g-spot, let your partner read it first. I read it first and now every time my husband tries to please me using the technique I start going over the process in my head, it truly takes away from the mood.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It is very well written, easy to follow, and a short read (only 132 pages!). The author puts things in layman's terms so us folks without a Ph.D can understand what he's talking about. He discusses a little bit of the history of the G-spot (did you know it was found by a man named Grafenburg?), he talks about the purpose of the G-spot (did you know it aides in pain management during child birth?), and provides a wonderful how-to find and stimulate the G-spot technique (including a medical picture on where the G-spot is located).

The technique is a ten step process that starts outside the bed room and with getting the lucky lady in the right mood and set of mind and ends with a wildly thrashing orgasm. The steps the author provides you with are easy to follow and very easy to adapt to your lifestyle. For instance he uses the example of take your lady out to eat, to a movie, use some light touching, etc., etc., really set the mood, but you can set the mood in any way that will have the same effect (I.E a massage, bubble bath, etc.). I would love to give a brief introduction to each step, but that would be spoiling the read for you, I will say that you must read the book all the way through to full receive the message and to properly please your woman. The author uses quotes from people who have tried the technique, and one actual mentions that he didn't read the whole book, wound up not giving his girl an orgasm, and having to go back and re-read it! Most of the quotes are praising the technique and giving their input on how they fit it to their life.

All in all I'd have to say this would be a wonderful book for a couple looking to get into G-spot stimulation. If you already know where your G-spot is and how to stimulate it and can orgasm from it, I don't' believe you'd learn much from this book. But if you're like I was and aren't sure where you G-spot is, how to find it, how stimulate it, and would like to know then you have a ton to learn from Unleashing Her G-spot Orgasm. This book would be discreet to read in public if you could hide the title, and would be a great, private gift to give if you knew the recipient on a personal level.

The author puts a huge emphasis on foreplay, which is great because the first time my husband tried this we spent an hour on foreplay and both had amazing orgasms; sadly enough mine wasn't a g-spot orgasm. My husband and I have tried this technique on many occasions, but I have yet to have a g-spot orgasm. We have found my g-spot, have spent at least an hour rubbing it, and it felt really good, but nothing. I think, maybe, we should start our foreplay in the morning. I feel like I've come very close, but then it stops. If you have any advice I'd love to hear from you (about how to achieve a g-spot orgasm... or how to write better book reviews!).

We still use the techniques laid out in this book. It may seem silly, but I wouldn't have realized the emphasis needed on relaxing in order to achieve orgasm without this lovely little piece of literature. I am still slightly upset that the cover seems to be made to appeal to women, but the content is better read after your husband reads and implements the techniques. Anyway, I am still a fan of this book and still recommend it to anyone searching for their elusive G-spot.
