Not Really Ultimate at All

If you want to try reading it, go for it, but take the book with a grain of salt. Because of its old age, some of the facts are actually just wrong. The chapters are, in my opinion, organized a little oddly, and the writing can get boring at times too.

Experience
This book took me so much longer than it should have to finish reading it. It just wasn't capturing my attention in the slightest. Some of the "facts" I had to go "WTF?" at, and the drugs chapter is still kinda just thrown in there oddly.

This book appears to have been written for the beginner to intermediate user, and I still don't feel like I learned anything while reading it.
Follow-up commentary
I haven't pulled this out since I initially read it, and honestly, it's kept me from reading the other "The Ultimate Guides to" because this one just seemed so uninformed. I haven't recommend this to anyone, and I honestly probably never will. It has some good information, yes, but some of the other bad information seems to overshadow that which is shame because the world could use some good books on anal sex for men.

    Wow, that drug chapter just sounds... wrong. Although I got a chuckle out of the thought of you running and hiding from the enema chapter! rofl. I think I would do the same though if I was a beginner and it was placed there.

    (cheesy, corny, televangelist voice) "I ALWAYS consider my drugs to be sacred..." How awful, I understand where he's coming from but dayam! It sounds like the "Everything you wanted to know about threesomes" book I reviewed a few months ago. The author actually suggested you smoke some weed to "get comfortable" before deciding to have sex with a total stranger. Cause it's always better to make decisions like that when you are stoned or drunk!
