Good Head kit for him - sensual kit by Doc Johnson - review by Airen Wolf

This fun little kit comes in a cheerful mint green box decorated with mint leaves and claims to transform average head into good head. Since I don't give average head Sigel wondered out loud if he would be able to judge this correctly. He did just fine.

The kit we received was mint flavored and comes with Good Head flavored lip balm, vibrating cock ring, Good Head oral gel, and Good Head tingle mints.

The lip balm comes in a tube resembling ChapStick but is softer and less waxy. It is, according to the box, supposed to 'keep your lips soft and ready for the oral sex experience'. It does soften the lips and has a lightly mint fragrance but doesn't offer any sensation beyond soft lips.

The vibrating cock ring had a small vibrating bullet in a sleeve attached to it that comes with a 1 cell battery which is not replaceable. It gives decent vibrations while it lasts, currently ours is still "live" after approximately 15 minutes of use. The bullet didn't provide much in terms of clitoral or vaginal sensations even with me on top grinding against it, it's just too weak. The ring itself is made of TPE; it is phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, latex free, and is approximately 1 inch in diameter. Sigel is average girth and he felt the ring provided adequate support without being terribly restrictive. He is not a fan of testicular support or restriction but felt that a guy of average girth should be able to stretch the ring to cover the entire area without too much damage to the ring or testicles. Since the sleeve covering the vibrating egg is also stretchy it could accommodate a larger bullet and it has a raised butterfly design on it making this a very versatile and pretty little toy. A good washing with soap and water, or a toy cleaner after slipping the bullet out of it's sleeve will keep the ring sanitary. Allow the ring to dry completely before storing and store away from other silicone toys to prevent melting.

The kit comes with 4 little mints shaped like over-sized Tic Tacs that taste quite a bit like Altoids but less intense. It is our opinion after using these mints, and having previously used Altoids in the same manner, that Altoids are the better product. The Good Head mints do provide a very mild sensation of tingling but it has to be concentrated on to be felt. The size of the mint made me feel like I could aspirate it during the blowjob so I was forced to chew it up. The taste and sensation quickly faded after swallowing for both of us. All in all a fun couple of minutes but not terribly high in wow factor. The mint, I would assume, is not sugar free though it is not stated on the box or the package. I wouldn't think an individual mint would have much effect on blood sugars for anyone but the most sensitive diabetics but it's something to be aware of.

The Good Head Oral Gel comes in a 1 oz tube and is another high point in this kit. The taste is a bit like toothpaste but smoother and much more pleasant. His cock has always been yummy without flavoring but the gel does increase saliva production and provides a very slight numbing to the gag reflex making deep throating more comfortable. The gel contains glycerin; blueberry, strawberry and raspberry fruit extracts; other alcohol sugars with fancy names; and saccharine making this questionable for diabetics and not a great choice for lube.

The kit also comes with a cute little card with tips for making 'GoodHead even better'! The tips are helpful to novices.

The box has a printed warning about the prolonged use of cock rings or other restrictive devices. They can cause severe damage to the internal structures of the penis as well as aggravating existing conditions such as: pegranies disease, priapism, and urethral stricture. DocJohnson also warns against using these products on swollen, inflamed, or lacerated skin. It is also recommended that you do not use these products while in the shower or while bathing though I have no idea why since the vibrating bullet is the only mechanical object. I assume they have concerns about slipping and falling or the bullet dying.
