Beeswax aromatherapy pillar candle by Bluecorn Naturals - review by Jackie

I have 3 kids that I care for on a daily basis (all ages 4 and under) - so there are times that by the end of the day I have a hard time unwinding. A little tranquility is exactly what I need! My mind is going with all the things that I want to get done before I head to bed. I truly believe in aromatherapy and the many benefits it has to offer. Unfortunately though, I stopped buying candles because I was having a hard time finding a healthier, earth friendly candle in aromatherapy. Most ones that I found were standard wax candles. So I thought this candle would be perfect for me when I found it - aromatherapy beeswax!

This candle works great for me to help me relax at the end of the day (which in turns allows me to enjoy some quality time with my husband). The subtle scents of lemongrass, cinnamon and rosemary helped me to relax and forget about all the things that I didn't get done that day. I was almost able to visualize being on a tranquil island alone w/ hubby! I did say almost - the candle doesn't work miracles! But it did help me get in the mood for intimacy with my husband. The scent was not too strong, which was an added benefit - I'm not a fan of candles that have a very strong scent. Plus, I can't help but get in the mood when I'm in a dark room with candles burning - there is just something very sensual about that.

The candle is also a natural beeswax material, which is a definite added benefit for me. I stopped burning candles in our house for awhile because of the health problems I've read about with traditional candles. So finding an aromatherapy candle that was beeswax was great!
