The Shimmer Spray from Dona by System JO adds a bit of sparkle to your body care routine. The Camu Camu spray is packed full of green glitter. Which can be sprayed on your cleavage, arms, hair, anywhere that could use a little extra glimmer. This would look great sprayed around the areas you want to draw attention to while wearing your favorite lingerie or swimsuit.

It has no added perfumes, dries quickly and won't leave your skin feeling sticky. Like the rest of the Dona line, it is paraben free, cruelty free, natural, ecologically friendly and biodegradable.

The spray is the consistency of a thicker water based lubricant. The liquid is packed full of glitter, so it feels a little grainy if rubbed in between your fingers. Once it's been sprayed on your desired area, it doesn't run. It may need to be rubbed around to get it spread out evenly.

It leaves no sticky, greasy, or oily feeling and dries within moments.

The Camu Camu Shimmer Spray has no scent or taste at all. There is no added perfumes or essential oils. It was pretty disappointing.

The Dona Shimmer Spray works well for an attention grabber. The micro glitter reflects nicely, but if you start sweating... you will end up with glitter everywhere. I sprayed it on my cleavage and within an hour of being out in the Southern humidity, I ended up with it all over my face, arms, stomach, legs, and neck.

It didn't bother my sensitive skin at all. But, this needs to be washed off with soap and water. Even then, you will still find glitter on your body after you get out.

The packaging for this is lovely. It is a thick 2 fl. oz. rectangular glass bottle that is surprisingly heavy. The spray top is pretty average. You have to pump it for a few moments to get the liquid up to the top of the tube. It sprays out in a steady stream at first, then unclogs itself and sprays out in a mist.

I have to say that I was very disappointed in this Dona product. It is labeled as Camu Camu, but has no fragrance what-so-ever. I was hoping this was going to be a perfumed shimmer spray, but it ended up being an expensive glitter water in a pretty bottle. It doesn't moisturize. The glitter is messy and needs to be washed off with soap and water.



The only time I would really use this product is when going on a date or when wearing my swimsuit. It does look nice when sprayed onto your hair, though. It gives it a nice bit of sparkle without making it clump together or feel crunchy. It seems to be more noticeable on braids.
