The inflatable Position Master by the Fetish Fantasy Series is a pillow that can be used in various positions to help make you more comfortable. You can lay on it to raise your pelvis to your partner's height, or lean over it for support in doggy style. There are several ways to use this outside of sex as well; lean against it on your bed for back support, or, use it as a tray for someone on bed rest. It is simple to use, simply inflate it (I recommend an air pump like for an air mattress), put it on the surface you plan to use it on and go to town. However, it did not work well for us; the height just didn't match up with what we needed and it actually made it uucomfortable to use.

This pillow is made of vinyl with a soft coating on it. There are 3 ridges in it which collect a lot of dust and lint, it is hard to clean this out once it gets in there. There was no smell when coming out of the box or after a few uses. When inflated all the way, I found it to be firm; almost too firm for what I was expecting. The overall shape is a triangular wedge with plastic handles on each side. The handles were more of a hindrance than a help for us. They may come in handy if using them in conjunction with a restraint system. There was no cover that came with the pillow; as easily as it attracts lint, this would have been a nice addition. Due to the size of it, we often deflate it after use as it is definitely not discreet.

We first tried this in missionary position to raise my pelvis for deep thrusts. The height of it made me uncomfortable and put my neck at a weird angle. We then tried it with Doggy position and while it worked better for support, as in my arms didn't get as tired, it still didn't match up with one we had gotten in the past. While we have not totally given up on this pillow, right now it is great as a back support for reading in bed.

Thus far I have tried to keep a pillowcase over it when it is inflated and not in use to try and keep the dust and lint off of it. I have had the best luck with taking a wet cloth over it to help remove some of the lint. When deflated, we fold it up and put it in the storage bin, again, in a pillowcase.
