Astroglide warming liquid - lubricant by BioFilm - review by Sweet Cinnamon Dolce

The Astroglide warming liquid is not a bad lubricant. The price is not too bad, and the availability of it in a drug store makes it a more familiar brand to some. It's water-based, so it's easily can be used with sex toys and condoms.

The interesting thing about this one is the warming sensation. I actually like the sensation a lot. I've also used it with a partner when stroking him, and he liked it a lot as well. The sensation is a bit tingly, not too much so, and it doesn't feel too hot in my opinion. I like the thinness of the lube as well; feeling an excessively thick lube would just feel a bit uncomfortable for my taste. If you're worried about smell, it doesn't really have a smell, so that's also a plus.

The con to this product is the messiness of it. The way that the bottle cap is designed for my 12-oz bottle, it seems to let out too much, and it tends to get a bit slippery and can fall onto the fabric. Personally, I hate the stains that get on my fabrics from dropping a bit of it (at least they wash out easily!), and I wish that the bottle had a better (maybe smaller for the smaller bottle) applicator just for personal play. I don't really have to use my palms much for solo play (if you catch my drift) so I hate when it slips off of my fingers.

Overall, I think that Astroglide warming liquid is a good lube for someone who has never tried any before and is looking for something to experiment with. Consider trying it out with your partner, or even with yourself. It’s a good lube for use with a partner (I combined this with a trick from Cosmo and it drove my partner nuts), but it also has it’s cons such as the design for application, and the fact that it just might be a bit too thin so you might make a bit of a mess. I think it’s worth the try if you’ve never used a lube before and you’re looking for a lube on a budget.
