Climax fruit bomb - lubricant discontinued by Topco Sales - review by Cinnamon Chambers

Climax fruit bomb is awesome if you use it in certain ways, in other ways it is a waste of time. I chose the Coco Pineapple Flavor. Based on taste alone this is simple the best tasting lube I have ever tried. Being worth $15 is another question.

I love the cute little round bottle. The 4 ounce bottle is a decent amount of product for the money. They are color coded to match the flavor you choose. It is not obvious what it is from looking at it. To me it looks like a high end lotion or cosmetic container. Pump dispensers are my favorite for any type of lube. They make access to the product easier, less messy, and help you get just the right amount out. Other reviews mentioned that they had problems with the container leaking, but I have not experienced that at all.

The flavor is just simply delicious. It does not have an artificial sweetener aftertaste, even though it contains aspartame. I would say that it tastes like a Pina Colada, has a light candy taste to it but is very fruity. The flavor is long lasting, not just the sweetness but the true flavor. This is one of the things I really enjoyed with the fruit bomb. It also gives your tongue a slight tingly sensation even though my husband and I never noticed that on any of our other sensitive areas.

Some of the ingredients can cause problems. It does contain glycerin as well as parabens. I would be careful if you choose to use this vaginally because of the ingredients and the side effects they can cause of possible irritation and yeast infections, and I would wash immediately after vaginal use. If you are trying to conceive this is not a good choice for you as parabens can interfere with sperm count and motility. This product is sugar free, water based and non staining. We spilled a little of this on the sheets and I did not notice a stain, but the scent lingered for a while.

Even though this is safe for condom and toy use, I do not think it works well as a lubricant. It is very thin and almost watery. It is not thick enough to provide satisfactory lubrication during vaginal sex, so I would not want to think about how it could adversely affect anal sex. There was sufficient wetness provided for initial penetration, but after that there was not any lasting lubrication. There is also a mild sticky feeling when using it vaginally that I did not get when using it orally.

I prefer using this as a incentive when I give my husband head. It isn't that there is a bad taste but I like having some variety and something to make it more interesting. This provided great lubrication for that purpose and for jerking him off. For the oral use only I would continually buy this product and get it in other flavors. My husband liked the way it tasted also when going down on me and applying a touch of this to my clit. For both of us this is going to be used strictly as an enhancer for oral sex.

We attempted to use it as a lube for vaginal sex but it did not last and almost seemed to dry me out. It was wet for penetration but after a couple of thrusts the slickness was gone and we had to get another lube out to finish the job.

I just got the kiwi lime flavor today and it is just as yummy!!! It is a little more sweet and candy like than the coco pineapple. It is green in color and unfortunately just as watery.
