Tasty Twist oral-gasm is just that. It does all the name implies, it is scrumptious, is a new tingly twist on oral sex and is a great orgasm enhancing cream. Overall I am happy I decided to buy the two flavors of this cream and would recommend them as a way to make oral sex be just the dessert you are craving.
This cream comes it two delicious flavors. They both taste like real ice cream with out being frozen. The flavors are mint chocolate chip and orange dreamsicle. I can't pick a favorite. Both flavors are amazingly like the real thing and have a great taste. My husband has enjoyed both flavors as well. The texture is nice and creamy. I do suggest rubbing this in completely before licking to avoid the feeling of licking lotion. While there isn't an aftertaste that is unpleasant there is a slight greasy feeling that it leaves in the mouth after use. This is quickly eliminated by brushing your teeth, which I hope most of us do after giving oral sex anyway.

Do not mix the flavors together. It does taste worse than if you drink juice after brushing your teeth.

Has anyone come across any nipple gels that actually work well? I haven't seen any that really are getting good reviews on them because most are sticky/runny etc. Has anyone tried using the sensation balms for the clit, for the nipples? Has it worked for anyone?

If your partner is sensitive to parabens and is prone to yeast infections or UTI's, I would absolutely wash the area up between oral and intercourse.

Just to be safe I'd use a wetwipe like Summer's Eve Flushable Feminine Cleaning Cloths or similar just for safety after oral sex and before intercourse.

With anything that's supposed to cause numbing to a penis, you're supposed to wear a condom if you don't want any to transfer to the person on the receiving end. Or at least that was my understanding, so I've always done that and never ended up accidentally numb lol

Good call about mixing the flavors, drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth is not a pleasant experience. Did it make your mouth tingle as well after performing oral? I had a very slight tingle in my mouth, but it did not prove to be a distraction.
