Floral lace teddy with shredded straps - crotchless bodystocking by Leg Avenue - review by PleasurableThings

This is a fun little teddy, I love the contrast of the floral lace against the “shredded” (meaning more rough-cut) straps. It could function as a bodysuit to be worn under other clothes, as a sexy-times only outfit, or as something to be partially covered up when heading out to a club (e.g. under a skirt/pants and translucent top).

The open lacing-style straps up the front are attractive and could work well on anyone who is self-conscious about their lower tummy area, as the garment covers the lower area and draws the eye upwards to the open lacing above the navel.

The Nylon/spandex mix material that comprises most of the garment is a very soft stretchy weave, similar to the industrial net stockings .

I'm a size 8 generally (A-cup bra), and I found there to be plenty of stretch-room in this garment. It fit extremely comfortably. I would say this would fit anyone from a size 6 up to a 14, with average proportions for those sizes. The only issue with fit might be the leg openings, as they are somewhat less stretchy than the rest of the item. Sizing may therefore be a matter of where you carry your bulk/muscle: a size 14 with extremely muscular thighs might not be comfortable in this garment, whereas a size 6 or 4 even, with a little bit of padding in the upper legs might find that they're able to fill it out adequately well, for example.

In fact, the only thing I really dislike about the styling of this garment is the leg openings. They're lower-cut than I would like (higher-cut leg openings tend to be more flattering to those of us with rounded hips&thighs). And as they're less stretchy than the rest of the garment, you can't really hike them up to create the illusion of higher-cut legs.

Another feature of this garment is the crotchlessness (and note – the g-string in the product photos is not included, this is a crotchless teddy only). I don't own a lot of crotchless items, and was keen to explore this new terrain. In this regard I have to say the item did not disappoint: it was comfortable and functional. I went from wearing in front of my partner to having sex with it still on, and all went well!

Washing of this item was easy: I threw it in regular warm/cold wash with other dark items, and tumble-dried it, and neither the color nor the size changed at all. The shoulder straps, despite the “shredded” name, do not seem to be at any risk of fraying, either while wearing or after washing.

On the whole, I could suggest some changes to the fit of this item, but (especially for the price) it's an enjoyable undergarment or outfit-in-itself for sexy play times.
