First, let's address the elephant in the room, or rather the bedroom. This item is not peachy orange like in the photo. It is bright orange, causes retinal damage orange, matches a flourescent highlighter orange. If you are an exhibitionist you can wear it to hunt deer and not get shot! It might go well with darker skin tones or a tan, but I am extremely pale and it is not at all flattering to my skin tone. I bet the green is absolutely blinding.

For a reasonably priced bit of fun, the item features decent construction. The ties on the bikini and the strings on the thong bottom are made of elastic cord. The edging on the slits is also made from this elastic cord to bind the lace. This did make the bottom part of the bikini cups a bit bulky. The had to double over and sew all the cord and it made a lump right under my breasts that I felt was uncomfortable. Most people might not have this problem but I have an old breast reduction scar there and it presses on it. Then there are two ribbons to close each slit that are about six inches long and match the color of the item.

The location of the slit on the thong is hard to get right to position it far enough back to give access to your vagina. If you look at how much distance there is on the model between her belly button and the top of the thong front it may give you an idea. You have to scoot it low so it fits like hip hugger panties. The slit should have been designed to go back further on the panties. The difference in their construction material could be awkward too. Since the lace does not stretch but the cord that borders the slit does, it lends itself to creating a camel toe. If you're between sizes and they're snug it will probably do it more.

The piece is very lightweight and a breeze to wash in the sink and hang to dry, but beware the color bleeding the first couple times you wash it. I was washing lingerie in the sink, wrung it out, and threw it on the floor for just a minute until I was done and could hang it up. In that time it bled orange on my bathmat which promptly had to be washed with a lot of bleach to get the color out. I suspect with more use the ribbons will show wear faster than any other part of the outfit but they did melt the ribbon ends to keep them from fraying right away.

I requested this bra and panty set because I've never tried a peek-a-boo or crotchless item. I thought my boyfriend and I could leave them on me during sex as something fun to try. We ended up removing them. They were ok to start with, the openings do allow for flirting during foreplay and some fingering to occur. But when he tried to enter me through the slit he found it chafed his penis too much and the ribbons, a little on the long side, were in the way. He didn't care for it at all. It kind of felt weird for me too and limited clitoral stimulation which wasn't a positive for me.

Still not too keen on some features of this, especially the color. I cut the ribbons off the bikini and find it good for just fooling around a bit during foreplay and it was just easier without the ribbons.
