I am a size 14 to 16 and was initially hesitant about the sizing because it is a one-size-fits-all 'plus size'. I am so happy I got this item because it fits me perfectly! I especially love how comfortable it is. It seems to run small and was fitted for me. I would not recommend purchasing this item if you are larger than a size 16. It is snug across my chest and my boobs pop out a little, but there are not any complaints about that!

My boyfriend absolutely loves this outfit. If you are looking for a great role playing outfit, you can't go wrong with this one. It is of good quality and a nice stretchy fabric. It can definitely be used more than once! The hat is really not much of anything and can be done without, but the outfit is just great. It covers all the right spots. It is short in the back and your butt will definitely hang out when you turn around and bend over; I'm sure that was all planned in the design of this outfit.

If you are really looking for a "wow" effect, pair this outfit with a garter belt and thigh-highs and add some red hot heels! Throw a stethoscope around your neck and you'll have a head-turning outfit. You will be the one getting nursed!

Cleaning is very simple. I washed it in the washer machine on gentle cycle and turned inside out. I let it line dry and it comes out just fine. If you're worried about the intensity of your washer machine, you can also do a hand wash in your sink.
