This comes in a thick cardboard envelope. This is the typical shipping and packaging method for lingerie outfits on the lower end of the price scale. This packaging was designed to be hung from a store shelf. The front of the package has the same picture shown on the product page, and it covers the entire length of the envelope. On the back is a smaller picture of the same model, only shown from behind. There is a small blurb on what is included in the set, on the back. Along with the sizing range for their one size fits most. It is a pretty basic package, thought not very discreet. I would not bother saving this for anything, it does not work for storage.

This is another one of those hand wash only outfits that my wife seems to be collecting lately. Lucky for her, there is not much material to this outfit so it tends to not be such a pain in the butt to keep clean. Dreamgirl suggest that you only hand wash this in cold water and line dry. So keep that in mind if you are short on line dry space, or you are like me and hate hand washing clothing.

My wife just keeps this in the lingerie drawer. We have not really had any problems with storing it like this. The only problem we get from this storage method, is finding all the little bits-n-pieces that go with the outfits. But that's a small price to pay for keeping everything all in one place and close to the bed.

The material on this is different for all the pieces. The stethoscope is made from 100% plastic. The rest of the outfit is made from a combination of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. For this review, we will concentrate on the outfit more then on the stethoscope. The stethoscope is flexible and feels like a thick drinking straw. The outfit has a slightly rough smooth feel to it. Parts of it feel rough, and other parts feel almost like silk. But overall it all has a nice feel and look to it.

The head band looks just like in the picture, the white first aid cross and red circle feel like they are just sheet plastic sewn onto the hat. The stitching is off and uneven. The head band is about 5 1/2 inches long and about 3 inches tall. Attached to each side at the bottom is a 16 inch long ribbon, to be used to tie this around your head and keep it on. The tag is attached to the side, sticking straight out into space. You really need to remove it, or it will be seen while you are wearing the headpiece.

The thong is see through. It has a slight rough feel to it. The good news is that the panties do have a liner inside. I cant tell you how many panties she has from different lingerie sets that cant be used outside of the bedroom because they are cheap and don't have a liner. With that being said, these are not the best panties around. I cant see her wearing them outside of the house under her jeans, they just don't have the quality of a pair like VS (once again, I use VS because just about everyone has owned a pair and it is very recognizable as a brand). The tag is placed on the waist band, in the front of the panties. A bad place in my mind. It should be on the back where it wont bother you so much, and/or cant be seen. The panties have some stretch to the waist band. I feel you should be safe within the range given by Dreamgirl.

The entire to is see through and made from the same material as the thong. It feels slightly scratchy, but not so much that it should bother you if you have sensitive skin. From the product picture, you can see that there are two buttons on the front of the top. These buttons are only cosmetic in nature, they do not preform any function. The top is stretchy in all directions, but more so in the vertical. There is a red trim around the bottom, up the sides and around the neck. The red trim is a nice touch against the white body of the top. The stitching is ok on the top, unlike it was on the head piece. There are a few flaws, but not enough to cause any problems or eye sores.

This is a one size fits most. And by that, they mean anyone between 90 pounds and 160 pounds. I think the 160 pounds might be on the tight side with this outfit.

My wife weighs about 120 pounds, so she is just shy of the middle of the range. This fit her pretty well. Some spots where loose, and other spots where slightly snug. But over all it was a good fit. This works well during sexual fun, as you can take off the panties when things get heavy. And depending on how it fits, you can even get your hands under the top to get to the boobs.

Also, I thought it might be worth mentioning; but the stethoscope was bend in some weird angles and bends in the packaging. You can still see the kinks created from these bends even now. We only used the stethoscope once or twice, so it was no real loss. It is more of a novelty item then anything else. It would be really cool, if you could get an upgraded outfit that came with a metal stethoscope. Not one that worked, just one that looked more like a real stethoscope.

This has been a fun little outfit to role play with. Nothing like a sexy nurse taking care of my needs. Yes it could be more realistic, but it is still fun and cute. I am glad we purchased this outfit.
