Fetish pink PVC corset - corset discontinued by Coquette - review by TitsMcScandal

This pink PVC corset had been on my wishlist for ages. I saw it months back and knew that I would own it someday. I have never had a corset before though, so I was really nervous about buying one. I relied heavily on the size chart that was provided on the main page. I was still a little nervous because I had heard about sizes running smaller or larger. Luckily, this corset runs true to size.

Not only does it run true to size, but it conforms to your shape. After wearing for about a hour, when I take it off it has the shape of my waist and hips. Which makes it more and more comfortable while still maintaining the corset slimming appeal with each use.

I would like to point out though that I am a short gal. I am 5' 1", so the corset on me ran a bit long. I expected that though, so that's why it molded to flair a bit at my hips. I would expect that if you were taller or had a longer torso that this wouldn't go over your hips as much as it did mine. Although if you are a shortie like me than this is something you can expect. The great thing though is that it doesn't detract from the greatness of this corset. Oh, another awesome thing is that the straps are adjustable! Fabulous!

This did have a bit of a smell, but after airing out for half a day it went away. I did lick my corset, but it had no taste to me.

I have worn this up to a hour with still being comfortable. I have noticed that I cannot bend down when I am wearing it though.

One thing that I really liked about this corset was that it came laced up. Which meant that I could put it on with just the clips in the front. I've heard of some people having problems with corsets due to lacing, but no issues with that here. This means that you can put this on all by yourself, a plus when you want to surprise someone with this sexiness.

My only two 'compliments' are that the clips can be a little hard to undo and the ribbon used to lace up the back is really long. The clips are easy to hook together, but for some reason some of the clips can be a little difficult to undo. Not all of them, just a couple. It's not something that takes much effort, just a bit annoying. The ribbon is really long though. The excess on the ribbon typing is done goes down about four inches past the bottom of the corset and that is after it is tied in a bow. I remedied this by tying another bow. I wouldn't want to cut the nice ribbon, so typing another bow fixes it just fine.

The material is PVC and ribbon. The seams are really really nice and high quality. The boning is plastic I believe. There is white frill PVC that lines the top of the cups that is sewn in really well. Really, everything is made really well.

Because this is PVC, getting lube on it is okay, just wipe it down with a damp cloth. Which is how you would wash this, just wipe down with a damp cloth. Because this doesn't stick to the skin, there isn't a sweating issue, so there shouldn't be too much that you need to clean. For storage, I will be hanging it up. The straps look sturdy enough to keep without stretching while hanged. But I will you let you know how it fares over time in my follow-up review.

It slims like a corset should, really, there is nothing terrible I have to say about this. It is exquisite.

I would say don't undo the ribbon unless you need to. I would think that this would only lead to a headache. It is really nice that it shipped tied up, so there is no reason to untie the ribbon unless you need to let out the tightness. That is really the only time I would recommend undoing the back. The front snaps are what should be used to get in and out. Which saves a world of headache, because you can get in and out by yourself. Which I found to be easy.

This makes me feel really sexy. It gives the extra oomph. I would recommend this for anyone and everyone.
