Dot lace and mesh dress - chemise discontinued by Baci - review by xMila

The Dot lace and mesh dress made by Baci is a gorgeous piece of lingerie. The dress is open backed and it comes in either red or pink color with a black dots pattern. This item of clothing is best worn at the comfort of your home for a steamy night with your significant other, as it is quite see-through. It only comes in One Size Fits Most, and it doesn't include undies. The mesh dress is so short though, that I can't really call it a dress or a chemise. I am 5'5" tall and it wouldn't cover my butt when I wore it. For women of a smaller frame it might work as a dress or chemise, but for me it didn't.



The transparency is much more noticeable in person than in the natural light picture I took.



The dress is made mostly of stretchy mesh. It has two elastic strings that are tied behind the neck. Above the bust area it has a lace trim with black ribbon running through it. There is a black ribbon bow where the bust cups meet with a small plastic rhinestone detail. The bust area offers no support at all. It has no padding or underwire and it is just as see-through as the rest of the dress. So if you prefer support in the bust area, other items of lingerie that offer it would be a better option.

The measurements for the One Size Fits Most from Baci are as follows:

Size: 2 - 14
Cup: B - C
Bust: 32in - 38in
Waist: 24in - 32in
Hip: 34in - 40in
Inseam: 35in
Rise: 7 1/2in - 8in
Waist: 90lb - 160lb

It think it is true to size, except that it is much shorter than pictured. It measures 16 inches from under the bust to the bottom hem.

The dress came packaged in a clear plastic bag inside a small thin rectangular box with the picture of the model in the front and back. It didn't have any particular smell once I opened it. The dress is very soft and feels nice against the skin.




As for maintenance, the dress should be hand washed in cold water and hung up or laid flat to dry. Do not iron it or use bleach.

The dress didn't actually work for me, it was too short, and a little tight, but it does feel very soft and has a pretty design. It served me as an experience though, to not buy more One Size Fits Most until I lose a couple of pounds!

This is a great piece of clothing, but unfortunately it didn't fit me. The one size fits most doesn't really fit most, which kinda sucks.

Also, it is much shorter than it looks in the picture. The model pulling down on the chemise has probably something to do with it too.
