For my first time buying lingerie, I wanted something simple yet sexy that wouldn't cost me a fortune. After lots of browsing, I settled on this little red babydoll set. I was definitely pleased with this purchase!

The set comes in a small carboard box that's held closed by two tabs on either side. Pop them open and out slides a little plastic pouch with the set neatly folded inside. After taking it out, I immediately tried it on and, let me tell ya, I liked what I saw.

The babydoll has adjustable straps and two lengths of ribbon in the front that tie to keep it closed. The mesh material is soft and felt wonderful against my skin. The lace trim is light and delicate. The matching thong also has a bit of lace on the front, a very cute detail. Each of the gloves have a long length of red ribbon that your partner can tie together for some light wrist restraints.

I am 5'3", 125lbs, and a 36B. The top was slightly large on me. I didn't fill it out quite as well as I'd hoped and it's definitely longer on me than how it appears on the model. However, it fit well enough that it still looked very flattering on me. The thong was extremely comfortable. The band is very stretchy and sat snug enough on my hips to stay put but not tight enough to create any unsightly bulges. My only nitpick about the thong would be the crotchless part; it's very, well, open. The split fabric is rather loose so that when I wear it, it's extremely obvious that it's crotchless. I wish the fabric was a little tighter so that it pulled together more to look a bit more discreet. On the other hand, the very open crotch is a good thing during actual intercourse, as there's no worries about fabric getting in the way of anything. The gloves also fit well, though I have very slender fingers; any larger and I'm sure the gloves would be too tight and restrictive.

The recommended care instructions are handwashing with a mild soap and hang drying. However, I've put this set in a lingerie bag and run it through the washing machine on the gentle cycle with good results.

All things said and done, this is a wonderful little babydoll set that I would recommend to anyone looking for something simple that's oh-so-sexy to spice things up a bit. Definitely a great buy!
