Satin corset set - corset and panty set discontinued by DreamGirl - review by Sweet Blue Baby

I was delighted when I received this corset to review. Pink tissue paper was wrapped around a bag containing the corset, thong, and thigh high stockings.

I took the corset out of the packaging and began putting it on. I order the 36 because that is my band size and was unsure if it would fit or not. At first I thought it was too tight but then I realized that the lacing was tied as tightly as possible. I untied the bows (there is one for the top down to the middle and another for the middle down to the bottom)and lengthened it before trying again. After securing the hook and eye closures all the way up the front I reached behind me to tighten the ribbon.

I then discovered that I cannot tie a pretty bow behind my back. If you have this problem too I recommend tying it securely and then removing it to tie a pretty bow, double knotting it, and then put it back on. It's a little extra work if you are putting this on without help but it is worth it. Once you get it laced the way you want it you shouldn't need to untie the bows to adjust it, and the double knot should hold them securely. The way it is laced results in the two bows being in the middle of your back. I left it this way but you could easily re-lace it so that the bows are at the top and bottom instead.

The corset was supportive and tightened without feeling restrictive. I love the way it makes me look and my guy's jaw dropped when he first saw me in it. The lace around the top and bottom has light pink flowers that add a tiny punch of color on this white garment. The garters add another sexy touch and can be used with the included tights or another pair of your own. They can also be removed if you'd prefer not to have them. The corset also comes with removable, adjustable shoulder straps. They are a nice option if you want added support but I removed them.

The included tights are plain white with no lace trim. I usually like them to have lace detailing at the top but it isn't necessary with the lace at the top and bottom of the corset itself. These tights can be paired with other outfits where you want plain white tights, like a naughty school girl outfit perhaps.

The only disappointing part of this outfit was the thong. It didn't fit me well so I used another white thong instead. It may fit you or it may not, in my case it fit but I didn't like it because it is a bit too short and narrow for my tastes. If it does work for you then great, but if not the corset is worth the price on its own. It is also very easy to find white thongs and panties to pair with it.

This outfit is satin so make sure you wash it in cold water and air dry it.
