A Decent Beginner Toy, but You Can Find Better Elsewhere

A decent, simple vibe for a beginner, but you can get more bang for the same amount of buck with other toys.
Published:
Pros
Simple, cleans easy, decent for beginners.
Cons
Battery case is finicky, goes through batteries at a decent rate, not built to last.

Use

This is a nice, basic rabbit vibe. It's soft and bendy down most of the shaft, and so it can be used at odd angles a bit easier than some others of its type. However, that flex can make it so getting on top of it doesn’t work so well.
The clit stimulator is very flexible at its base, allowing it to move fairly freely if you want it to. It’s pretty easy to hold it to the side and use this guy as a standard vibe if the mood strikes you. However, that means that the stimulator can slide out of place easily on anything but short, gentle thrusts. Holding it in place isn’t too difficult, but it’s kind of annoying to have to do so.

Material / Texture

I like the material a lot. It’s soft and feels nice, and can slide in very easily. However, it comes out pretty easily, too – I had to always hold it with one hand to keep it in or it would slide out. It had a slightly odd smell when I first got it, but it wasn't too bad and went away quickly.

Design / Shape / Size

The size is nice – not too large, not too small. Overall, it should be a good size for just about anyone. The "bulb" shape at the end offers a nice feeling, but don’t think it’ll help this guy stay in – the material's too smooth, so even that shape doesn’t help much.

Functions / Performance / Controls

I didn’t have the issues others have had with the battery case breaking until pretty recently (about 3 years of age under medium/light use). However, the battery case can be a bit confusing, and can be touchy – I did have problems getting the batteries to contact properly through this guy’s life.

It’s a "twist the cap" style of control, and as this guy aged, the cap got harder to twist and less responsive, making it so I had to stop completely to switch settings. The grooves on the case that are there to help you twist it are also a bit shallow, meaning if you have lube on your fingers it’s difficult to switch settings on the fly.

It performed well for its price, I think. Towards the end of its life (as mine is now completely dead) it developed a loud rattle from the battery case and eventually one of the contacts dislodged itself, leaving this guy unable to take any new batteries. It wasn’t built to last for a very long time, I suppose.

Care and Maintenance

It was a breeze to clean – the flex lets you get into the edges and creases (such as under the rabbit, between the ears and so on) with ease.

Packaging

Packaging was okay, no real pluses or minuses.

Personal comments

I liked this guy when I first got it; it’s pretty simple and at the time (I was a beginner myself) worked just fine and got me accustomed to this type of toy. I have since switched to more interesting and powerful vibes, but this guy still came out every now and then until it died.
Overall though, while I don’t feel it’s bad buy for the money, I would suggest looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a beginner or basic vibe – the issues with the battery case, sometimes finicky controls and overall simplicity of this guy means you can probably find better and more exciting beginner toys elsewhere – maybe even for a lower price.

Experience

Overall it was a positive, but not stellar, experience. It went through batteries faster than I would have expected (though nothing bad, just faster than you’d think) and lost performance quickly as the batteries drained. It’s not that noisy, but got louder towards the end of its battery life, and got VERY loud while it was dying.
I do not regret buying this guy, but will not be buying a replacement.

So what kind of material is it made out of? How exactly do you clean it?
  • Contributor: Armiece
I'm not 100% sure what the material is, but based on feel and appearance (as well as what's it listed as on other sites) I'd guess it's Jelly Rubber.

For cleaning I use/used Doc Johnson's Antibacterial Toy Cleaner ([https://www.edenfantasys.com/sex-essentials/sex-toy-cleaners-and-wipes/anti-bacterial-toy-cleaner]) with a damp hand towel or paper towel.
