Attempting to Hit All the Right Places

This toy is great for someone who likes a range of vibrations and wants to be stimulated in multiple ways. I enjoyed feeling the vibrations on my clit, the beads moving on my vulva and the movement of the shaft in me. Proceed with caution if you have a smaller or tighter vagina, insertion may be difficult. Definitely use with lots of lube for easier insertion!

Pros:
strong vibrations, pleasant bead rotations, not too loud
Cons:
too girthy for me (a beginner)

extremely useful review
The Jack Rabbit was my first rabbit vibrator and something I've wanted for a long time. As soon as I got it, I cracked open the plastic, non-discreet packaging (it's got a cardboard insert with a woman dressed in a bunny costume) and figured out the batteries and most of the controls, as there were no instructions included. I washed it off with some soap and water because it had a rubbery smell and a slightly oily feel, then hopped in bed. This was my first full sized vibrator, and so I didn't think to plan ahead with buying some lube, which I quickly realized was a problem. Being a jelly toy, it had a bit of drag without lube, and I wasn't able to really insert it, but was able to get off easily through clitoral stimulation from just the rabbit and without insertion.

My next trip to the store provided me with some lube, and I was eager to try again. Even with a copious amount of lube, I wasn't able to manage more that shallow insertion as the head of this toy is kind of large (or at least is for my body). Disappointing for sure because without deeper insertion, I wasn't able to make the rabbit feature reach my clit for dual stimulation. Trying to insert it further just resulted in pain and an uncomfortable masturbating experience.

Since my first few experiences I've experimented with different ways of using it. One way was to turn it around so that the rabbit is inserted, the beads rotate against my clit, and the head peeks out from between my legs as a sort of handle. Holding onto the shaft was actually a bit more of a turn on than I anticipated. I've also gotten used to shallow thrusting and bending the shaft so that the rabbit feature stimulates my clit.

This toy is 7.5" long overall with 5" insertable length. The shaft is approximately 2" in diameter at it's widest point and about 5.5-6" in circumference. It resembles a somewhat realistic penis, though without veining and with 6 small bumps and a smiley face on the backside. As it's made of jelly, it does have some bend to it, though squeezing the toy is surprisingly firm. It weighs 1 lb and has a remote with a long cord that runs on three C batteries. I didn't actually realize this was a remote controlled toy until I received it because all but one small picture shows it without a cord or remote. Next time I'll look more closely at all specifications because through this toy I realized I don't really like having a corded remote. I had to be mostly stationary while using it or I would get tangled in the cord.

The remote was a bit odd. It's an off-putting flesh color and comes with no instructions for use. The dials were labeled and intuitive - one controlled the vibration in the clit rabbit bullet and the other controlled the bead rotation in the shaft. There was also a button that was unexplained that took me awhile to figure out. At first, I thought it might be a sort of "turbo" button that would give an extra burst of vibration, but it turned out to control the direction of the bead rotation. The remote itself is pretty cheap and seems like it could fall apart with little provocation. One thing I hate about the dials on the remote is that they don't click into the off position, so it's easy to accidentally turn it back on if a dial gets even slightly bumped when putting it away. It's definitely not waterproof, as the battery space cover seems very slightly too small and leaves large "cracks" on either side. The vibrator isn't listed as waterproof, so I wouldn't try it in the shower or tub.

Jack Rabbit is made of jelly, which is lower on the safety scale but more affordable for those looking to try out this style of vibrator without breaking the bank. It's a fun bright red color with a clear window to see the white pearls. It has a rubbery feel and had a rubbery smell when I first opened it, but that has faded over the month I've owned this toy, so that I don't really notice it now. Since it is a jelly toy, both water and silicone lubes can be used. On the downside though, it can't be fully sanitized and cannot be placed in boiling water. That said, you probably shouldn't share this toy or use anally without a condom and should be stored in a cool, dark place to avoid any melting issues. I found it attracted some lint, but it wasn't too bad because of where I stored it.
Experience
I struggled with how to rate my experience with this toy because it was a bit too girthy for me but could work great for someone else. It could be good for hitting your g-spot, but since mine is illusive, and I couldn't insert it fully, I can't really speak to this function. I am a beginner when it comes to insertable toys, so it may be just a matter of time and practice. The vibrations were nice and strong and can be felt all the way up the shaft on the highest level, and the bead rotation provides good movement to the shaft itself as they rotate. The toy isn't too loud, especially when it's spending its time between your legs and/or inserted, but may be able to be heard through a door if not muffled with covers or by just turning on a fan. The batteries have fared well so far after using it several times over a month.

In the end, I've decided I like a challenge and like this toy. It'll be fun to use more as I become more experienced and hopefully can insert it fully. Ultimately, I've never failed to orgasm using this toy, even in my more frustrating moments which is really all a girl can ask for. I'm looking forward to doing a follow-up review once I've had time to use the Jack Rabbit more.
Follow-up commentary
I haven't used this toy in awhile and don't really miss it. It's not a bad toy, but the size is too big for me and I still don't love the remote. Maybe someday I'll like it better!

Excellent review. The honesty about being an insertion novice is appreciated, I do think this might actually work for me since girth isn't a problem for me. Hopefully with some time and practice this may start working better for you.

Fantastic review! I have a PipeDream rabbit almost identical to this one and even after years of experience it's too large for my comfort. It's hard to find toys anymore that aren't so darn big. Lol. I'm glad you mentioned this does have a remote because by looking at the pic, I too thought it didn't have one! You done a wonderful job reviewing this and I loved reading it! I look forward to reading other reviews from you.

Great review! My first rabbit was quite girthy as well so I know where you are coming from! It's great that you came up with other ways to utilize the toy though! I've never used a rabbit with a corded remote, how odd, I can see that being a bit of a pain. Thanks so much for the review!

Thanks, Kindred! I actually haven't ever owned any lube either so it was an interesting trip to Target as well.

  • Pure G-spot Joy
    • I would like to experience my first pure g-spot orgasm. I get close and I either freak out cause I feel like I am going to pee or I get tired/lazy and add a bullet to my clit and have a nice combo. I want to accomplish this solo before I add a partner so I know if I am a squirt or not. I usually cum first with just a clitoral orgasm and then try to move in to g-spot stimulation at most 5 minutes later. So any ideas on toys and technique would be helpful. I do not know if a vibrator or dildo is the best way to go.

Definitely invest in the Ella! While she doesn't work for everybody (I still have yet to achieve a g-spot orgasm or squirt with her, but there are other factors that affect this) she has been a miracle for some. Even if she doesn't quite take you there, she definitely targets the g-spot really well, is made of a safe material, and doesn't cost a whole lot.

My wife has to be really worked up for the Ella to work on her. If she hasn't already orgasmed or isn't close it isn't much fun for her. Haven't made her squirt yet but still trying.
