This toy carries vibration very well! I had a different California Exotics bullet that was made of silicone that did not carry vibrations as well as this one. It is phthalate-free and made of plastic, so the material is not very porous, is easy to clean, and relatively safe. The bullet is smooth, there are no nubs or bumps. This is a good bullet for beginners as well as advanced users. The material had absolutely no smell at all, even after being used for a long time. (I also washed it after each and every use.)

I love bullets because they are easy to hold in your hand and they're travel-friendly due to their size. They can easily be concealed in a small bag. This bullet is medium-sized compared to many other bullets. I like that it is not tiny because it's easier to hold. It's glow in the dark, which may be a plus for some people!

The vibrations are located in the bullet, and they are strong! There is a dial to control the intensity of the vibrations, and although I tend to use the bullets on their highest setting, I have heard from many friends that the lower intensities of this bullet have worked well for them.
