C me

The Wanachi is a great beginner-intermediate level wand that puts out a fair amount of power. It also have many different attachments that screw on rather than slip over the head, making the connection firm! Consistent vibrations and nine different patterns make this toy a good addition to any collection.

This toy is very well crafted and comes in nice, sturdy packaging. The box is thicker cardboard and there is a plastic, molded insert for the wand and two attachments that come with it. Unlike many other wands, the attachments for this toy do not slip onto the head but rather screw onto the wand itself! This makes the attachments very sturdy since they won't come off without being unscrewed.

The toy is made of silicone and plastic which are both very easy to clean and non-porous. Cleaning is as easy as some good antibacterial soap and warm water. And since it is waterproof, you don't need to worry about where you splash the water!

The Wanachi runs off of two 'C' batteries and puts out a bit more power. It gives consistent vibrations throughout the head of the wand, even when using attachments. The two attachments that come with the wand have the 'one size fits all' design in mind and may not work for everyone's anatomy.

Left with its original attachment, the plain wand head, this toy is pretty inconspicuous and looks just like a regular massager. The toy can be stored in the original packaging, in most standard size pouches, or simply in a container/drawer.

The wand is just over 9 inches in length with just over 2 inches of insertable length on it's attachments. The main portion of each attachment is 5" in circumference, with a 3-3.5 inch circumference on the insertable portions. The toy weighs just over a pound so is heavy in the hand.

Cycling through the nine different settings will get you the three basic settings (low, medium, high) plus six different pulse patterns all on high. It is missing a wave pattern which I feel would have been a good addition. The wand only has one push button so to turn it off you'll need to cycle through the patterns.
Experience
It's been a very long time since I've owned any sort of wand so I jumped at the opportunity to test this one out and wasn't disappointed! I would have preferred if it was rechargeable or corded as it would have more power. Although it runs on 2 'C' batteries it is less powered than some of my smaller vibrators which is odd. But it is useful for body massages as well so is worth having.

Wanachi sounds a lot like Hitachi...guess they're serious about this being an alternative.
