Decadent indulgence 3 by California Exotic

I requested the Decadent Indulgence 3 as a test product because the Decadent Indulgence 1 is one of my favorite vibrators ever. I was fortunate enough to receive the product on a lazy afternoon when I had nothing to do, so I immediately ran upstairs, popped in the batteries, and gave it a test run.

The battery compartment is easy to load and close, unlike those on a lot of other vibrators, especially rabbits. The Decadent Indulgence 3 takes four AA batteries, giving it a good amount of power.

The clitoral stimulator is shaped like an elephant with a large trunk for clitoral stimulation and paws and ears to massage the inner and outer labia. Very nice. The shaft is somewhat thin and has three rows of rotating beads that are not quite as pronounced as those on the original.

The Decadent Indulgence 3 is, in my opinion, not quite as stimulating as the original—the elephant is nice but not as nice as the original hummingbird, and the beads on the shaft don’t stick out quite as far and are therefore not as stimulating.  Still, the shaft and bead rotation is more than adequate, and the elephant does an impressive job, so this vibe was more than enough to get me off several times.  Probably the main difference between this vibe and the original Decadent Indulgence is a few more speeds and settings of vibration and rotation.

The Decadent Indulgence 3 also has several other things going for it that are rare in a rabbit vibe. First, it is actually very quiet, even on its highest settings. My husband was in the next room when I tried it out, home sick from work, and couldn’t hear a thing, he said, until I had it right next to his head. The shaft rotation also does not seem to take away from the power of the clitoral stimulator, again even at its highest setting. The little elephant does his thing well no matter how fast you have the shaft rotating. Finally, the shaft actually did not slow down or stop when I clenched my vaginal muscles around it, a quality I’ve rarely found in a squirmy vibe. Even at the moments of build up and orgasm, the shaft did not lose speed or power.

Overall, I think the original Decadent Indulgence is more pleasurable simply because the beads and clitoral stimulator are better designed. However, I have to give the Decadent Indulgence 3 kudos for truly demonstrating a new generation of rabbit vibrator; one that does not lose power in the shaft or the clitoral stimulator.

After repeated uses, I find I would recommend this vibe mostly to women with very powerful internal muscles who are often frustrated by shaft rotation slowing  or stopping when their muscles clench in excitement. This one, at least in my experience, does not lose its power and keeps on going. Otherwise, I think the original Decadent Indulgence is a much more stimulating choice.
