Get your glow on somewhere else
As much as I love glow-in-the-dark stuff, I do not love this kit. There are just too many problems with it.Published: January 5, 2009
Pros:
glow-in-the-dark, inexpensive.
Cons:
too small cock ring, sleeve wont fit, loud.
Growing up I always had a love of anything glow-in-the-dark, so I thought that I would indulge my inner child in a more grown-up manner. Most people know, or find out quickly, that this type of kit is more novelty than anything else. This one is no exception.
First off, I had to check out the glow factor. There was a LOT of glow. This was no let-down! On a side note: the end of the vibrator was translucent and one can see what it is that makes it vibrate. So that was also kind of neat. What wasn't cool was how loud it was! I was pretty shocked, definitely the loudest vibrator I have ever had.
This kit also comes with two different cock rings. One of which is fairly easy to get on and fun for giving your partner a little extra tickle. Not to mention it's a glow-in-the-dark accessory, neat for blowjobs in the dark. The second cock ring was very different and we felt just went past the ‘helpful cock ring' right to cutting off circulation. Not so much fun. While this might just be a preference thing, a decently sized friend flat out couldn't get the ring on.
This kit also comes complete with beads. They are on the small side, which depending on your preference could be a good thing, and they are not at all graduated. My worry with these is cleaning. The string attaching the balls together and to the ring at the end seems like it would be very difficult to clean well. We decided that they were more of a one-time use thing. Safety first!
Probably most disappointing was the sleeve. Try as I might I just could not get it on the vibrator. Which made no sense as they are part of the same kit, shouldn't the sleeve be made for this particular vibrator? Apparently not! Frustratingly it wouldn't fit on any of my other vibrators either. Grrr.
All in all if you like glow-in-the-dark stuff AND aren't picky, go for it. Otherwise, there are better kits out there and better glow-in-the-dark toys.

Trying to get the sleeve on was beyond frustrating, I must have spent a good half hour on it if not longer!

It sounds like you tested most everything - but you didn't mention if the vibrator was worthwhile or effective on its own. I think choosing to make the beads a one-time-use toy was a smart way to go. Thanks for the review!
I couldn't even spend $20 on this kit if this is all it does!
Did you put lube on the vibe and then try to put the sleeve on?
The vibrator got the job done, but that's about all I can say for it, sadly. There are definitely better glow-in-the-dark vibes out there! I did try using the sleeve with a lubricant, it still wasn't happening. With kits like this you win some, you lose some.
