The Smooth G-Spot Vibe’s intended purpose is for internal stimulation of the G-spot. The vibrator can also be used for clitoral stimulation or for stimulating erogenous zones, on either your own or your partner’s body. The vibe should not be used anally since the toy does not have a flared base.

Smooth Vibe can be used for solo or partner play. It can also be used either in or out of water because it is waterproof. The toy is not discreet in sound, so it would be best suited for those in a living situation where noise level is not an issue or concern.

The toy is made of ABS (plastic) and has a coating to it, which makes the material feel very velvety. It’s very smooth to the touch. Being plastic, the toy does not have any flexibility to it. It is hypoallergenic, latex free, and phthalate free. There isn’t really any drag to the material when I run it along my arm. The toy is compatible with water, silicone, or oil based lubricants. There is no scent or taste to the vibe.



The shaft to the toy is very slender with no texture to it. It’s very smooth. There are 2 seam lines that run down the slim shaft, but they are extremely subtle. The seams cannot be felt when inserted. The head of the toy is slightly larger in circumference and does have texture to it. The head’s texture is very subtle: barely raised nubs. When inserted, the texture cannot be felt. The very tip of the head is smooth with no texture.



The texture to the toy is good for beginners, because the little texture that it does have is very subtle. The slender body to the toy also makes it a great choice for beginners. The texture and size are non-intimidating in both appearance and use.

The design of the toy is quite simple. The Smooth G-Spot Vibe is available in a pretty purple or pink colour. As previously mentioned, the toy has a very slender shaft. The shaft has a circumference of 2 1/8 inches. The shaft (not including the head of the toy) is 4 3/4 inches in length before the twist cap at the base of the toy. There is a slight curve to the shaft, which makes it easier to use for G-spot stimulation.

The textured head of the toy has a length of 1 3/4 inches and has a center circumference of 3 inches. The head is similar to an oval in shape. The tip of the head is rounded, so it doesn’t poke or prod when used internally or on a specific area. With the head being on the more slender side, the toy would work well for beginners or the advanced toy user who knows that they prefer slender insertables with little to no texture.

While the toy doesn’t have a realistic look to it, it also isn’t discreet in appearance. The toy can be easily tucked away in a storage bag or drawer, though. The toy would be suitable to travel with.

The toy comes with an instruction manual that states the battery insertion instructions, instructions for use, and warnings. The manual is printed in 6 different languages. It’s nice that there are included instructions, but the manual is not product-specific. The included manual is the company’s default manual that they include with all of their vibrating toys. Luckily, the toy is very easy to use and no instructions are really required.

Smooth Vibe requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included. The battery compartment is located at the very base of the shaft. The bottom of the shaft has little ridges on it. This is the twist lid. It’s very easy to open and close. There is a clear O-ring at the compartment to ensure that no water leaks into the battery compartment. Just be sure to secure the lid tightly before using in the bath/shower/pool.



The toy is multi-speed and controlled by a turn dial. The turn dial is at the base of the shaft. It’s actually the lower part of the lid to the battery compartment. It’s very easy to use. As long as the lid is on tightly, you shouldn’t have any issue with accidentally twisting the lid of.

The vibrations start at a vroom level of 2 out of 5 and can be turned up to about a 4 out of 5 vroom level. The vibrations can be felt in the shaft of the toy, but are primarily at the head. The vibrations are buzzy rather than rumbly. On the lower vibration intensity level, the noise to the toy is quite loud. As you turn up the intensity, the noise level rises as well. On the higher levels the toy can be heard through a closed door. That being said, it would not be an ideal toy for someone who is looking for a whisper quiet toy.

Caring for the toy is very simple, since it lacks texture and is waterproof. I did not use the toy while in water, but I did submerge it in water to clean it. The toy works well under water and no water went into the compartment with the lid tightly closed.

The toy does not collect lint, etc. easily like some others toys do. To clean Smooth Vibe you can use soap and water, toy wipes, or a toy cleaning spray. The area of the toy that requires the most attention when cleaning is the crease right where the head meets the shaft. The toy can also be sterilized by wiping it down with rubbing alcohol. If you are sharing the toy and for some reason not sterilizing it every time, be sure to cover it with a condom.

The Smooth G-Spot Vibe arrived in a plastic, rectangular package. The toy can be seen through the clear plastic packaging. The front of the box states the company name, product name, and a few product features. The back of the package states a brief summary of the product, more product features, and company contact information.

The packaging is not discreet, with words like, “G-Spot” and “vibe” on it. Also, the toy can be seen through the packaging. The plastic box can be used for storing the toy, but the toy itself is much smaller than the packaging. To avoid bulk, the toy can be stored in a storage pouch or drawer. The packaging can be recycled.

As soon as I had turned on the toy to check out the vibrations, I immediately assumed that this toy wouldn’t work well for me. When it comes to anything that vibrates, I need strong, rumbly vibrations. Buzzy just doesn’t cut it for me… or so I thought.

This is one of the few G-spot toys I own. I’ve never actually had a G-spot orgasm before. So when I get a toy, I need it to rumble and have the strength, because at least if it doesn’t work for the G-spot, it’ll work well for clitoral stimulation.

The first thing I did with this toy was try it externally. Smooth Vibe can be used for external stimulation, but the buzzy vibrations do not satisfy me externally. If you’re a power queen, it won’t satisfy you either.

I received the toy for a DR assignment so I figured I’d try it, even though in my mind I “knew” it wouldn’t do anything for me. When I used the toy, I didn’t need to use any lubricants. Its slender, smooth body and my bullet warm up helped with this. I also used a bullet for external stimulation while using the Smooth Vibe internally.

To my surprise, the toy really worked well for me. As I had mentioned, I’ve never had a G-spot orgasm before. I didn’t have a G-spot orgasm with this toy either, but I can say that the area was definitely stimulated! That alone is a huge accomplishment for me. The other G-spot toy I own has a more pointed tip to the head. I think this toy worked well for me because of the rounded, wider head to it. Since I don’t have a lot of experience with G-spot specific toys, I can’t really compare it to others. I do think that the toy is excellent for beginners, though. The toy has many great qualities like being waterproof, slender, easy to use, easy to care for, and multi-speed. I’ve deducted one star from the rating because of the noise level. I can’t say how well the toy will work for you, but I can say that it worked really well for me.
