Right out of the box, my first impression was that it was cute! It is a bullet style vibrator with a large gem that attaches to the vibrator with a heavy magnet. Anyone can use this, whether they are advanced or beginners.

The Precious Gem Panty Pal is designed to be able to magnetically attach to your panties via a large "gem" that sits on top of a magnet. On the bullet style vibrator is the connector for the magnet. The magnet is high quality and very strong. It's strong enough to attach to the panty but that's about all.

It was difficult to get the Panty Pal in the proper location to give good stimulation. It was very awkward. To turn the Panty Pal on, there is a rubber push style button on the tip of the vibrator. Trying to turn it on after it was in "position" would disrupt the positioning of the Panty Pal, so I had to start the process over! The Precious Gem Panty Pal is also quite noisy when just being held in the hand. So if you're trying to be discreet, the Panty Pal may not be for you. However, once in position, the sound all but disappears, which is a plus. The vibrations are focused in the bullet style vibrator. The vibrations are there but it took pressing on the Panty Pal to get direct contact to achieve orgasm.

In order to REALLY make sure this toy is cleaned correctly, it has to be taken apart. The magnet sits on top of the vibrator piece, so the magnet has to be taken off to give it a proper wipe down. This toy is not waterproof, so I cleansed it with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
