The Precious Gem Panty Pal is a tiny bullet vibrator that can be used on the clitoris or any external location you desire vibration. It can be used both alone or with a partner. This toy would be very easy to use both during foreplay and during sex due to its small size. It is easy to conceal and will fit easily in your purse, pocket, toy box, car, etc. for take-along discreet fun.

This toy is meant to be worn, not just played with. Two small magnets allow for the bullet to be attached to your panties for vibration on the go. This is for solo use, but you and your partner can take pleasure in knowing your dirty little secret. How does a little vibration action at a boring dinner party sound?

This toy feels very cheap. The plastic is rough and cheap, like that of a child's toy. You'll need lots of lube to make this baby glide. The jewel is obviously fake, but it's the same kind of thing you give to a little girl playing pretty pretty princess. Not something I want near my girly parts.

It did have quite a bit of a plastic-y smell, but I'm sure that will go away over time. I just really didn't like the cheap feeling of this toy at all. It did not make me feel good.

I would not recommend this product, but if you must, I would say it is for beginners who do not know the pleasure of a good toy.

The vibrator itself is a typical bullet vibrator about 2 inches long. The vibe is an extremely skinny and sleek cylinder about 3/4 inch in diameter that can be easily held in the hand or stowed in a pocket. The bottom end is flat, but rounded and has a rough nib where the material was fused together. This could potentially provide an unpleasant scratching if it hits the skin wrong.

The top end features a screw-on cap with lots of ridges (think: disposable water bottle cap) to install the batteries. The top unscrews easily to reveal a cavity for 3 watch batteries. Just underneath the cap is a small clear jelly band. I'm assuming this is to prevent lube from entering the battery compartment. At the very top of the screw-on cap is a protruding round, clear button. The shape reminds me of a nipple. The button is a very soft rubbery jelly that is extremely easy to press.

Running the length of the bullet is a 3/4 inch raised plastic platform containing two small, round magnets roughly the size of the top of a pen. The platform is fused to the base in the same way the little hook part is on a pen cap. The purple jewel is an extremely plastic-y, fake jewel surrounded by a circular silver casing. Turn it over and there is an indent that is the exact same shape and size as the plastic platform containing the magnets. On either side of the indent there are two small holes. Not sure what they are for.

The bullet and platform are both black plastic. There is nothing fancy about it. It really feels like the same plastic used on Fisher Price toys. It is not smooth, silky or pleasant in any way. There is nothing to hold onto a lube if you chose to use any. The purple jewel is made of ABS. The silver ring around the jewel is ABS with silver plating and then magnets are nickel-free.

The magnets are strong enough to hold the toy together and held tight through my cotton panties. Unfortunately, the success of this toy is dependent on how tight you wear your panties and how strong of vibrations you need to feel pleasure. My panties are not very tight so the toy did not press up against me enough to feel much more than a tickle. Additionally, the vibrations are not very strong. This toy is more effective when seated.

The jewel which goes on the outside of your panties is way too big for discreet wear. It would definitely show through any pants.

Overall, the size is very easy to conceal, but it is not suitable to be worn in public. I recommend this toy for more of a gag gift than anything. I do not forsee any user, beginner or advanced, enjoying this product.

This toy has 1 function: vibration. The vibrations are external only and are more of rumble than a strong, satisfying vibration. There is no way to adjust the speed or intensity. The noise level is moderate, for any vibrator, but a bit loud for a bullet. I wouldn't say the noise is a deal breaker, but it will definitely be noticed if you choose to wear this toy out in public.

Ideally, the button on the top of the cap should turn the vibrator on and off. Unfortunately, this is not the case. When the toy is empty of batteries the button has a definitive on/off click, but when the batteries are installed there is no click and definitely no off. To turn the toy off I had to unscrew the cap and remove the batteries. Believe me, this is no easy feat as this toy is covered in magnets for the batteries to stick to!

California Exotic recommends removing the batteries when not in use. This is not only a recommendation, but also a necessity since it does not seem to turn off with the batteries still inside. The toy takes 3 watch batteries, 6 of which are included in the package. This was a nice surprise since watch batteries are SO expensive. I am definitely afraid that the presence of not 3, but 6 batteries is a sign that this toy will go through batteries quickly. I will let you know in my follow up.

I have give it to Cal Exotic. The magnets are as strong as advertised. I had no problem attaching the toy to my cotton panties and did not feel it slipping or falling off at all. Definitely be careful of these magnets when it comes to airports, metal detectors, X-rays, etc.

This toy can be used with any type of lube, but please be careful when cleaning to get it out of all the crevices, including the edges of the magnets and the underside of the raised platform.

This toy poses a bit of a cleaning issue due to the magnets. The plastic of the vibrator can easily be cleaned with soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner. No worries about hurting the plastic. There is what seems to be a seal on the inside of the cap to prevent water and cleaner from getting in the battery compartment, but be very careful. If you do happen to get liquid inside the battery compartment remove the batteries and let air dry for 24 hours to avoid ruining the electrical components of the toy.

The biggest issue I have with the cleaning of this toy is the magnets. While they can be cleaned with soap and water, be very thorough in drying the magnets to avoid rusting.

This toy should be stored safely in any toy case, but keep the magnets in mind. You will not want to put this toy next to a credit card, ID or any other item that is affected by magnets. I recommend storing the toy with the jewel detached rather than attached via the magnet just in case there is any extra moisture to avoid potential rusting.

The toy is packaged in a cardboard box with a very obvious picture of a woman wearing white lacy panties and a purple gem stuck to the front. There are a few key features of the product listed on the package as well. This is definitely not a box you want to leave lying around or carry to the trash can. This is the kind of box that you stuff in the very bottom of the trash can and take out asap.

Upon opening the box you will see the toy is wrapped in plastic and packaged with 6 watch batteries (I found this VERY nice). There are very little instruction to help with the installation of the batteries or care of the toy.

The best thing about this toy is that it comes with two sets of batteries. The worst thing is that it doesn't work well! I spent more time trying to get the batteries in and out of this toy than enjoying it. I really was not a fan of this and would not recommend purchasing it.

I spent about 10 minutes trying to load the batteries into this toy and another trying to position it on my panties. I could not really feel the vibrations just walking around in my panties so I threw on some jeans hoping that the added pressure would push the toy up against me. No luck. This toy just does not have powerful enough vibrations for the function it is aiming for.

I then spent another 5 minutes violently shaking the toy to get the batteries out after which they all stuck to the top of the toy. Overall, I am not impressed with this toy's design and it did absolutely nothing for me.
