I purchased
Fun Factory's Paul and Paulina vibe at a local adult toy store when I decided to replace my old non-body friendly rabbit vibe. I was totally charmed by the whimsical style and color of this vibe--one of the reasons why I really like Fun Factory's products. My absolute favorite toy is a black Fun Factory g-spot vibe with raised ridges all along the curved shaft, so Paul and Paulina, with the segmented and slightly bulbous shaft, looked intriguing to me.
Unfortunately, this toy has never really pleased me like I hoped it would. I've owned it for quite some time and just recently dug it out of my collection to check it out again. My overall complaint is that the battery compartment gets in the way consistently. It is heavy (this vibe uses 4 AA batteries) and it is super easy to turn the toy off or adjust the speed when you don't mean to do so. No matter what I do, I feel like the battery compartment is just in the way. My more recent encounters with Paul and Paulina proved to be more pleasurable than in the past, but I find that I have a hard time orgasming with this toy. I think that the head of the clitoral stimulator gives off a pretty strong vibration, but I've never been into the rounded shape--it's never felt as good as the vibrating rabbit ears of my old vibe. I must insert the toy fully to really benefit from any clitoral stimulation and, of course, full insertion causes the rotating shaft to sound strained and slow down. I love how wide this vibe is, but that's not enough to get me off in the end.
I can't totally diss this toy because it is a well made product and it does feel good, but in the end it's never been worth the money I spent on it.

- full insertion causes the rotating shaft to sound strained and slow down. I had the SAME problem with Sally Seal. Argh.
