For me, when I think bullet vibe, I think clitoral stimulation. Of course as with many vibrating toys you can use them on any erogenous zone that feels good. Ears, necks, nipples, toes, cocks, balls or even the undersides of breasts if you'd like. The most popular use for bullets though, is administering a sweet buzz to your clit. This vibe is perfectly suited for just this, with a medium sized silver bullet that can give pin-pointed stimulation.

You can also use this bullet vaginally, but there are some things to bear in mind with this. First up, be aware that bullets can warm up quite a bit if they've been running for a while. You may be less likely to notice this if it has been nestled inside you for a while! Also be gentle with the cord when extracting the toy. Pulling on the cord can shorten the life of the vibe, I've killed many a bullet by yanking on the cord.

The relatively petite size makes it great for use for all sorts of situations, including masturbation and partner-play. It's also affordable, and multi-speed, making it ideal for really anyone at all, especially beginners.

Both the controller and bullet are fashioned from basic hard plastic. The battery pack/controller is translucent royal purple, with the Eden Fantasies logo printed in pink and green across the middle. The bullet itself is a traditional silver color.

The hard plastic is of course, very hard. The bullet is super smooth, with a small seam around the middle that is nearly unnoticeable to the touch. This makes it nice and slick when lubed up, which is good and bad. Good because it feels nice sliding around on my clit, or slipping inside me. Bad because it can make it difficult to actually hold onto the bullet. If lube gets into my fingers, it can mess up my grip pretty bad. Wiping my hands off helps.

The design is very basic and traditional. But this is a very good thing, why mess with what works? The battery compartment/control box is shaped like a large teardrop and is very easy to hold in your hand. It fits in my palm nicely, if I want to hang onto it while I'm using it. There are two dials on either side of the top of the compartment, so no matter which way you hold it the dials feel intuitive.

The actual bullet is of average/medium dimensions, measuring 2-1/4" long and 1" wide. The size and shape makes it fairly easy to grip with my fingertips and works very well for pinpointed vibrations. It can be annoying to hold your fingers in a gripping fashion for longer periods of time. But alas, there are trade offs for the convenience of the super compact size.

The Multi Speed Bullet has one dial, that is accessible on each side of the tip of the teardrop controller pack. One side is high > low and one is low > high. This means no matter which way you are holding the control pack, you can dial away from yourself to ramp up the power. Or, towards yourself, whichever feels more intuitive to you. This is a small, but incredibly helpful little feature.

The dial itself is easy to use and get a feel for. This is good for me, as I dislike complicated sex toys and having to learn their ins & outs as I'm masturbating...You dial one way for more power, and the other for less. The dial is not loose- in fact it's almost a wee bit hard to turn at times- but prevents it from changing levels on me during use. It seems like it will 'break in' a little too and won't always be this way.

The vibrations themselves are located in the actual bullet. This is good because they are pretty intense and concentrated, but bad because it numbs ones fingers out after some time. You aren't going to get the benefit of a handle, or shaft far removed from the vibration source with a bullet. But there are a lot of other trade offs such as the compact size- as I mentioned before- perfect for wiggling between two bodies, or tucking between your labia.

So for the million dollar question...how strong is it? I gave it a four, because on full speed it is. That's where I use it, that's where I like it. However I would give it a 2.5 to 3 on the other levels. This is the beauty of the multi-speed aspect. Adjustability. It runs on two AA batteries, which does seem to give it a fair amount of oomph. Of course in my dream world, it would use 3 AAs, but I digress.

Second important question. How loud is it? The noise produced by this vibe is very average. It can easily be disguised with music or other ambient noises, or covered up with a blanket. Not too terribly loud, not silent. Just very average.

The Multi Speed Bullet is relatively easy to care for. Since it isn't waterproof, you'll definitely want to avoid submerging it in any way. I use toy wipes (or baby wipes) for regular clean-up, and alcohol swabs for sterilizing the bullet portion. You could also use a damp washcloth with a bit of soap. The cord and seams make it a bit difficult to clean, but the hard plastic itself helps since it doesn't tend to hold on to lube or body fluids.

As far as lubes go, all three varieties are compatible. Water based, silicone based and oil based formulas are all perfectly suited to use with hard plastic. Plus any hybrid of these three (such as a silicone/water hybrid etc.)

For storage, I keep mine hidden on a top shelf of my bookcase (safe from view of toddlers and guests) or in my toy box. Leaving the batteries out is always a good choice, it can lengthen the life of both the toys and said batteries. It's a fairly rugged little toy, so you can store it pretty much anywhere that suits your needs.

The Basic Multi Speed bullet comes in absurdly simple packaging, a simple, sealed plastic bag. It's not reusable for storage, nor does it double as a gift box, but it's minimal and to the point. I actually like that it doesn't come with a superfluous box that I'd throw away anyway. Inside the battery pack is the standard small piece of paper that illustrates the battery placement.

This is a stellar bullet for clitoral stimulation in a variety of situations, as I have mentioned. The one other thing I'd like to mention is that it's *fabulous* for wearing vaginally during anal sex. The vibrations don't irritate me, as they are deep enough (ie: not hyper buzzy and high pitched, my vagina hates those) and can be felt a bit by my partner as well.
