The Lia Pleasure "O" is an okay toy. It is nothing great, but it isn't a full fail either. With it only being about as long as my palm to my fingertips, it makes for an incredibly discreet toy that is easy to travel with. It is also very quiet. At its highest setting, you still couldn't hear it very well unless you stuck it up to your ear. Because of it being so quiet, the Pleasure "O" would work well for those trying to be discreet and not want others to hear. The Lia Pleasure "O" can be used as a clitoral/nipple stimulator and also can be inserted vaginally. When you put the "O" part on your clit it isn't all that strong but if you put your finger through the hole it makes the vibrations feel a lot better. I found that the neck part felt best on my clit while the "O" part felt the best on my nipples. Also, when inserted vaginally, the vibrations were pleasant and stronger than what I anticipated. The "O" portion of the toy doesn't really offer G-spot stimulation due to the fact that its not firm. It feels quite nice but not enough to get you off. Due to the length of the toy, it is only good for shallow vaginal penetration because it only has an insertable length of 4 1/2". Another thing is that the Lia Pleasure "O" should not be used anally to to the lack of firm tip and no flared base. The Lia Pleasure "O" is made of pure silicone, which makes it one of the safest toys to use. When I opened the package, I didn't notice a very strong smell. When I put the toy up to my nose, I noticed it had a new smell to it. I think after a few washes the toy's smell will start to fade, and you won't notice it as much. The texture is fairly smooth with just a few seams on the side and on the outside and inside of the "O" portion. I didn't feel any extra stimulation from the texture. I did, however, notice a slight drag, so I would use a water based lube to get ride of the drag. The Pleasure "O" can be used for both the beginner and the advanced user.

Other things to take note of about this toy is that it is hypo-allergenic, latex free, non-porous, and phthalates free. The silicone on the "O" part of the toy is more firm, but the part where the vibrations come from are more rigid due to the fact that it is also where the battery is located. It does collect pet hair and lint quite easily, so it does require cleaning before and after every use.

The design of the Lia Pleasure "O" is pretty unique. I like the shape for its looks, but I'm not completely convinced that it allows the best vibrations to be transferred to the "O" portion of the toy. The toy itself has a fairly long body while the head or "O" part is rather short in comparison. The "O" portion also offers a 45 degree angle making it good for easy handling during use.

The "O" part may work for you to fit your clit in if you have a small clit. If you have a larger clit, however, it will not work at all. As for fitting over your nipples, the "O" part is pretty flexible so you could possibly get it to fit over either large or smaller nipples.
If you need to apply pressure to your clit to achieve orgasm this toy is not for you. Since the "O" portion is very flexible it makes it very hard to apply pressure since it will just bend towards the base of the toy.
Pleasure "O" is completely waterproof. If you are one of the girls that gets wet really easy or squirts, you won't have to worry about it ruining or doing anything to your toy. Due to it only being 5 3/4" long, it is pretty easy to hide. It only weighs three tenths of a pound making it super light and ideal for travel. What is cool about this toy is that the LED light on the bottom of the toy lights up to the same pulses that the toy is on. Another nice thing about this toy is that there is a memory function so that it turns back on what you last had it set on. The vibrations are located in the middle of the toy and are meant to travel up to the top part of the toy. The bad thing about this toy though is, if you apply a lot of pressure to where the vibrations are located, the vibrations will not travel at all. I personally liked the high ones better since I like more power to my toys. The one I felt was lacking was that of the low vibration ones because they didn't travel the best to the top of the toy. The vibrations of the toy are not so strong that they will not leave your hands and clit feeling numb. The vibrations are more buzzy than anything else.
The Pleasure "O" is controlled by one button that is located on the bottom of the toy which makes it pretty easy to use. To shut it off, you just hold it down for three seconds. It is also not loud at all which makes it great. It is waterproof, but I haven't had a chance to use it in water yet. I noticed when I washed it how the water just kind of beaded up and rolled right off of it.
This toy won't leave you feeling itchy, tingly, or irritated on your fingers or clit. It also does not heat up during extended play, so you won't have to worry about burning yourself on it.

I personally would not share this toy with others since using condoms on this toy would make for awkward use with the "O" portion of the toy. To clean the toy, you just need to use soap and water and to make sure you clean it before and after every use. The toy is also pretty easy to care for. To store the toy, you could get a little pouch to put it in. If you don't have anything else to put it in, you could just put it back in the box.
Since the Pleasure "O" is made of silicone, you will want to make sure you only use water based lubes with it. When storing the toy. you will want to make sure that you remove the battery first, and then put it in a cool place away from dirt and anything else that may come in contact with it. You will also want to make sure that you store it apart from your other toys.

The Lia Pleasure "O" came packaged in a plastic box with pretty pink and purple writing and designs on it. On the back of the box, it tells you that it has 10 functions of vibrations and that it is totally waterproof. It also says that you will need one AA battery to operate the toy. Towards the bottom of the box, it tells you that you need to hold the button on the bottom of the toy down for three seconds to shut it off. It also came with a little paper on the inside telling you how to insert the battery.
I would say that it would make for a good gift if you are looking for a small gift to give. However, if giving for a gift, I would add a little pouch to go with it. The packaging will offer short term storage for you, but I would get a pouch for long term storage since the packaging is not discreet at all. It is quite obvious that it is a sex toy.
