This toy was definitely designed
What a disappointment! I had high hopes for this
strap-on vibrator from reading the description, but I found very few things good about it once I received it.
First, a synopsis:
The
Silicone Dragonfly is a mini-bullet surrounded by a silicone sheath in the shape of a dragonfly. The bullet can be removed from this sheath, and the wire to the control back can be removed. There are thin elastic straps to secure the vibrator around both legs and around the waist.
The good points:
The sheath is silicone and easily removable both from the control pack and the
mini-bullet itself and makes for very easy clean up. I also liked the flashing lights; for some reason unknown to me, they added something to the experience.
The bad points:
Where to start... The wings of the butterfly are too long and too thin; the holes were very close to ripping while I was giving it a look-over. When trying it out, they got in the way of placing it on my sweet spot by going up my legs a little bit. The elastic straps, while soft, were very thin and the snaps holding them easily opened, which made it virtually impossible to do any movement with it on. The plastic adjustment and closure things did not stay in place and were quite flimsy; they often made the straps loose and the closures did not stay closed, opening 2-3 times in a 5 min time span. This was quite annoying for a supposedly
'hands free' vibrator. The vibrations, while strong, had a very short wavelength and made it feel more like an annoying tickle than a strong massage and they were annoyingly loud (it sounded like an electric razor). There were approximately three speeds of vibration, but only one pulsation setting, so you have to use the preset routine; there is no steady or anything. The 'anal tickler' barely reached my vagina, let alone my anus (which was fine for me, but the description says anal and I can see where people would be quite disappointed...)
Overall, I would not recommend this vibe to anyone. If you want good, strong, quiet clitoral vibrations from a strap-on vibrator, I would suggest paying half the price and going with a
Venus Butterfly...
They have a small plastic adjustment loop, but the plastic piece did not hold the straps very well (as was mentioned in the review), so while it is technically adjustable, if you are smaller they probably won't stay where you need them.
