Simple and to the point. But in a good way.
I really love the power of this bullet, even its lowest setting is really strong for me. It's really easy to use, and hits you in just the right way. Would make an excellent bullet for beginners, and a welcome addition to the experienced users as well.Published: July 15, 2011
Pros:
Strong and intense, easy to use, durable
Cons:
Can be loud, best with an insertable, no special features,
First and foremost, This was such an excellent bribe to getting me to join the Eden community. Free bullet for subscribing? Hell yes! (And only a week or two after my last bullet bit the dust!) The bullet is exactly what you'd think a classic bullet should be like. No fancy pulse settings, no flashing lights or textured materials. And truth be told? It was exactly what I needed.
There isn't too much difference between the lowest setting and the highest setting for the basic vibrating bullet. I personally didn't have a problem with this. I found even the lowest setting was enough of a buzz to thoroughly get me off. The ability to turn that up just a notch? It really just added the toe-curling factor you'd crave in a bullet. It's not a particularly loud toy when nestled against your sweet spots, but sitting out on the bed? It's a definately has a rumble to it. I found it could be easily muffled by actually using it; and maybe a blanket for safe measure. I would feel comfortable using this bullet with someone asleep in the next room, or even in the same room on a low setting.
As with nearly all bullets, it is most effective against the clit, or other sensitive sweet spots. I particularly liked the lowest setting against my nipples, and teasing the insides of my thighs. But I'm sure it would be excellent sensory play for other locations as well. I would not recommend this bullet for insertion; if only because I am paranoid about the wiring breaking on me again. I would pair this up with a basic dildo, or maybe a g-spot vibrator. I personally used the Razor, from Bad-dragon's collection of adult toys.
The remote of the bullet is made of a hard plastic, and feels very durable. The dial itself does not easily change settings on you. (A feature I happen to enjoy.) I used vagisil as lubricant, along side excite! gel by lifestyles; with absolutely no problems. I don't really experiment with other lubrications, So double check what you use before playing.
It takes two AA batteries to power; and doesn't seem to eat through them too quick. I've a half dozen session in, and it still seems to be going as strong. The packaging was clear plastic bag, simple and effective.

Follow-up commentary

Still one of the most satisfying bullets I've bought myself in a long time; I've only gone through one set of batteries since first trying this toy, and it still brings me over the edge with such potency I'm left cross-eyed.
I will be ordering another one of these, when next I choose to indulge myself.

vibrators for men
-
I have seen some people suggest vibrators/bullets for solo play for men. Not wanting to sound "dumb", but how does this pan out?
-
Ones like that one are used for teasing and or stimulating the balls, perineum or nipples. You can also put them in strokers for some extra fun, I love using an egg in my Fleshlights. I find they are great on the penis for foreplay as well, add some lube and 'stroke' the shaft till it's hard.
You just have to experiment and see what you like. -
My boyfriend likes it when I hold them to the base while I give him oral. :)

EF Basic vibe

Often when I am using the bullet, it seems as though the cord rattles against the bullet and makes a lot of noise. I can't tell exactly what the noise is, but it's annoying and sometimes I can shift the bullet to quiet the noise and sometimes it persists. Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't have it so I can't answer but hopefully someone else can. Maybe submit a support ticket?

Does anyone else have this problem?I think it might be the little motor bumping into the bullet walls. Its happened to me a couple times and it does make it much noisier than needed! haha, i guess you can't really do anything in that case, except for what you're already doing :( Sorry.
Hope that helped! :D

EF Basic Vibrating Bullet: sleeves?
-
I haven't used any sleeves before on any of my toys, and I was wondering if anybody could give me an idea of what I could put on this bullet.
Will any sleeve out there do? Should I look for.. sizing? I feel like this baby is SO intensely strong, I'd get more solo-enjoyment with something to cushion the vibrations... -
....community fail.

LMAO. I'm sorry!
There are not many things that will work for this. I know of one...
These might be too small though: link

EdenFantasys-Branded Bullet
-
Have you guys seen the EF-branded bullet that they just came out with? That's just so freakin' awesome. I'm excited to try it. It's just so cute and simple. It makes me happy to see more EF-branded toys. Maybe a dildo will be next?
I still keep hoping they'll put those EF-totes on the market though. -
