Sweet G sex toy review
I think this is a great product. I would recommend it for anyone looking for dual action G-spot/clitoral stimulation. If you have roommates, kids, or thin walls, you might want to look elsewhere. If this isn’t your fancy but you still want some great G-spot action, go with the Gigi. It’s a little pricy but worth every penny. I’d give the Sweet G 4 Stars.Published: July 6, 2008
Pros:
Easy to clean
Cons:
Material
The Sweet G is one of the dual-action vibes I’ve wanted to try for a while. When it finally came I was so excited. I opened the package and sadly it required 4 AAA batteries, which I didn’t have, so I had to wait a bit longer. In the meantime I read the packaging to see what I was missing. It’s made of elastomer and it’s phthalate-free which is always a plus. I love all these great body-safe products that are now in the market. After weeks of letting it sit next to my bed I finally got around to buying the batteries and got to play.
The first thing I did was insert the batteries. Now, while it was relatively easy to get the 4 batteries in compared to most rabbit vibes, it was difficult to see the battery logos on the clear plastic insert but they go in like standard batteries would with the flat side on the coil, so that’s easy enough. Just put the batter holder back in with the metal on top. The battery compartment’s outer casing clicks into place, however, I kept pushing it off while I was holding it in and adjusting the settings.
I turned on the controls and was shocked. It lights up. My boyfriend asked me why I was holding a road flare, than said it looked like a light saber. It lit up the whole room. Makes a nice little night-light, except for the fact that it’s so loud. I could hear it in the next room with the door closed under a blanket.
The Sweet G can definitely hold some serious vibration. It has two controls on the front, one for vibration and one for rotation. It lights up along with the rotation. It can either rotate or vibrate, or can do both at the same time. Each has varying speeds.
There are some nubs/bumps on the shaft for extra stimulation and more nubs on the inside of the clitoral piece.
While the material of the Sweet G is body-safe and fabulous, it tends to attract things to it, such as feathers from my down comforter and hair, but luckily it is very easy to clean with a mild antibacterial soap and water.
While there are tons of great features on the Sweet G, it just didn’t do the trick for me. I enjoyed it, and think it’s a great toy, but wasn’t able to reach the Big O I was looking for.
All in all, I think this is a great product. I would recommend it for anyone looking for dual action G-spot/clitoral stimulation. If you have roommates, kids, or thin walls, you might want to look elsewhere. If this isn’t your fancy but you still want some great G-spot action, go with the Lelo' Gigi. This toy has made it to the toys I rarely use case. I don't think I've used it since I reviewed it.

Thank you for viewing Sweet G – g-spot and clitoral vibrator review page!

Glad to hear the motor at least packs some punch. I hate it when dual-actions run on AAA's.
I agree. Took me forever to remember to buy some. It sat around waiting to be tried for a long time.
Does putting a condom over the elastomer help it to not attract everything?
Putting a condom would probably work, however, I wouldn't want to leave a condom on it when I store it and that seems to be more of a problem.
@Sleeping Dreamer yes it helps to a degree.
