The prongs are tight but they stretch to accommodate heads of varying widths and, needless to say, the smaller your head the more comfortable the fit. My wife can attest to that. Without skipping a beat I'm going to tell you flat-out that it looks ridiculous on. I felt like I was in a science lab but I'm not about to be using this toy out in public so I could really care less how dorky or strange I looked. It feels absolutely fantastic though. The vibrations were able to travel all the way down into the tips of the metal stems making the hair on the back of my neck stand up. I will warn you that if you have long hair it may tangle around the prongs if you don't take caution.

The massager comes equipped with a vibrator that you can use either inside of the head piece or by itself. It's plastic but has a soft coating on it making it comfortable to hold. I didn't really prefer it for testicular stimulation because my boys are just too sensitive and this vibrator was just too powerful, but it's definitely an ideal vibrator for those brave enough to bear with it.
