Rabbit vibrator discontinued
by

Well, that was...yeah.

I wanted to like this toy, but after trying it several times I still can't say that it is that great. It was not quite powerful enough for me and very loud. However, if you like less powerful toys with texture and do not worry about noise, this may work out better for you than it did for me.

Use

The Silver Streak Squirmy is a rabbit style vibrator meant to stimulate both internally and externally. Most of the vibrations come from the bullet in the external clitoral vibrator, while there is a motor which causes beads to rotate in the shaft.

This toy is probably best used solo, and beginners should only purchase if they are not intimidated by button controls.

Material / Texture

The Silver Streak Squirmy is made out of TPR silicone and has no smell. TPR Silicone rates a 6 on the safety scale, so it is fairly body safe; however, this product cannot be sterilized. To clean the toy, simply use warm water and soap or an antibacterial toy cleaner.

The material should be good for all users and works best with water based lubes.

Design / Shape / Size

The Silver Streak Squirmy is a rabbit vibrator, so there is a shaft with a bullet vibrator attached. The bullet has two ears protruding from the top meant to add additional stimulation to the clitoris. I found this vibrator to be very buzzy. Almost all of the vibration came from the bullet, while rotating beads in the shaft were meant to produce internal stimulation. When positioned exactly correctly, the bullet was powerful, but I could not feel much if it slipped out of place. The rotating beads were very hard to feel. This is a vibrator with a lot of texture, so you may want to consider it if you like texture.

I like slimmer vibrators, so this toy was a little big for me, but I was able to use it internally. Some of my dissatisfaction could come from the fact that this toy is bigger than I normally like.

The Silver Streak Squirmy is not discreet, so it will be your choice of how you display or hide it. However, the toy is not too large, so it will not be very difficult to hide.

Functions / Performance / Controls

They may have had a bet at Doc Johnson to see how many buttons they could fit on this toy because there are probably twice as many as there need to be. In total, there are four buttons, all located at the base of the shaft. One column of buttons controls the on/off function for the bullet and beads, the other column controls intensity and direction of rotation. There are only two settings for each button. The on/off buttons only turn their specific functions on and off, and for the other two buttons, one sets the beads to clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, and the other adjusts the bullet to low or high frequency.

The buttons are easy to push, but they are not labeled, so it may take a few times to remember which buttons do what. As for the noise, if you want discretion, this is not the toy for you. It is very loud and buzzes like a dentist's drill.

The batteries are kept in a compartment about as secure as Fort Knox. The toy requires 4 AAA batteries which are inserted into the bottom of the toy when the base is unscrewed. There is a plastic cover with a spring that must be released to open the battery compartment. Except for the tendency of the plastic cover to leap from my hands, it's actually not too difficult to access the compartment; however, be sure not to lose the plastic cover as the toy will not work without it.

This toy is waterproof and the batteries are secure, so you should have no problem in water.

Care and Maintenance

This toy is made of TPR Silicone, so you can clean it with warm water and soap or antibacterial toy cleaner. Make sure when using the toy you only use water based lube so that you do not damage it.

I store this toy in a plastic case with my other toys, and I have not had any problems with it.
