I still love my LUV and it's still my favorite clitoral vibrator. The rumbliness and power are incredible and still beat all my other battery operated vibes (and I do have a lot.) I am an absolute power queen and I have bought a lot of toys this year to find the ultimate, most powerful vibe and this is still my number one, battery operated clitoral vibe!
I LUV the colour and the ergonomic shape still feels so comfortable when holding it at any angle. It's wonderful for body massage for those aches and pains as well. The innovative heart shape fits you perfectly and can be used in so many different ways. The batteries seem to last for ages and the plastic box is brilliant to keep it clean and stored away.
It is a beautiful gift for the one you love or as a treat for yourself; you won't regret it. I absolutely recomend The LUV, it really is a sex toy box essential!

Luv Your Body vs Mystic Wand?

I love the Hitachi magic wand, but I'm looking for something a bit smaller to use during partner sex. I've heard both of these are pretty powerful--anyone used both and have an opinion?

We like our Mystic Wand - but we don't have the Luv, so I can't say. However it take 4AAs which indicates good power. If I had it to do over I would get the rechargeable Mystic Wand (it wasn't available when we bought ours).
BTW the Mystic Wand does seem to get good battery life.

How strong is this vibe?

I wasn't that interested in the design, but I saw a few people commenting as to its strength and it piqued my interest. What other vibes would you compare it to if you own/have used one? How does it compare to other massager-style vibes?

It is not a wand but the vibrations and head shape makes this a nicely powerful massager. It does not make me numb like the Hitachi, definitely not that powerful, but does pinpoint the vibrations to the perfect spot and is very comfortable to hold on to. I would reasonably compare it to my Wanachi Mini. Head comfort is way above a round tip wand. Pressure is easily applied without dampening the vibrations. Very versatile.

I wish I could tell you how strong this vibe is. But when I ordered it last week it was broken. Wouldn't even turn on. I'm waiting for postage to send it back and get a replacement.

I used to really love clitoral vibes (specifically, the Je Joue Mimi)... However, when I had to send me MiMi back for replacement (it was under warranty), it gave me the chance to try a different product I had bought on a whim: the rechargeable Mystic Wand.
I don't think I can ever go back. I loved the wand that much!
I recently bought a Bodywand (comparable to Hitachi Magic Wand, but with better materials and design) and I really don't like it too much. I need to give it more chances, though, which has to wait until I'm alone in the house. It's just so loud! -
