I would never call such a thing gross or judge someone for getting implants but I don't often care for the look too much, either. With porn, I sometimes find the more obvious jobs and things like lots of makeup a little distracting.

No women needs fake breasts. And, according to all the girlfriends I've ever had, the bigger boobs are the worse your back pain, so chances are you shouldn't get fake boobs.

I don't care though. I don't typically watch porn and when I do, the women don't seem to normally have fakes.

can't stand giants gaps between them or ripples in the skin. natural breasts are usually WAY more attractive but a nice fake C or D can be good- just not the watermelons cause over half the fun of boobs is how they feel and rock hard isn't even a turn on for me in men
