My girlfriend and I have talked about watching a video together and acting out the scenes (at least the good parts!) with each other. I was looking for any suggestions on good videos that would be good to do such a thing with.

You may want to search for "looking in". It's not the best, but it has scenes that could be easily/more realistically reenacted.
