Agreed. Fetlife is best for all of it. (And they're running an amazing contest right now.)
Also, your best bet for learning about BDSM is books, really. I actually recommend "The Female Guide to Sensual Dominance" to learn about Domme-activities. Another great resource is a mentor. I know a lot of Dommes (including myself, if you just let me know) are very happy to help out new people to the scene.
