I haven't tried one yet because im a little iffy about using neck support. I have enough pains and problems in my neck to want to chance more. :/ I do like other types of slings and straps and the like though.

I think slings are the most useful to those people. Seriously! Read the review I posted above on my sex sling. I'm not little by any means and it worked awesome for me.

I got a chance to try mine out a few times this weekend and I like it. It's not something that I'm going to demand be added to every session, but for keeping my legs up it helped so much.

Slightly off, but close, we have the doggy style strap, and it is wonderful. Let's both of us really enjoy the act rather than working quite as intently. Same concept.

I've had one experience with them, from both sides. While they do the job alright, they are quite literally a pain in the neck. Neither of us managed to tolerate it very long.

you can place it under your shoulders or upper back and make the straps shorter
