What would be a really good for external as well as internal vaginal dryness?? My wife gets really dry on outside, to the point of the skin cracking and some bleeding. Any ideas??

If it's cracking and bleeding, this sounds like a serious medical issue that a doctor or dermatologist should look into. Ouch!

I agree with Eucaly on this. It could be part of an underlying problem, get it checked. Sounds unpleasant.

yes! a dr. should be talked about this. some lotions and oils are not appropriate or potent enough to treat this. no need to experience this kind of discomfort
